This has to be the worst Burger Fi in the whole chain. Every time we order food from here they mess up the order or just out right cancel it. We live in Miramar and choose to pay extra and wait a little bit longer to order from Weston for these reasons.

I went there around 3 pm on Saturday, I ordered two cheeseburgers and fries, the cashier only registered one, I had to go back to order the other one. The fries were disgusting, they looked reheated leftovers. The restroom was in bad condition, the washbasin never has been cleaned, no hand soap, the trash can was broken. Definitely it is a place where I never come back.

Unfortunately I have never had a good experience at this location. Whether I have gone at lunch or dinner time, they never seem to have enough staff or staff who are available to help you. There is staff in the kitchen, but usually only one non-kitchen worker and they aren't always in the front. So everything is self-serve, with no assistance. The last time we were there they said they didn't have any milkshakes - which is one of the best things about their restaurant. No idea if that's a permanent thing, or their machine was broken...The young lady at the front just said 'no, we don't have milkshakes' - no explanation. It's way too expensive for the lack of service, cleanliness or availability of products. I don't plan to go back unfortunately.

Terrible experience. The quality of the food is concerning, this seems to be like a joke, how is possible to pay $37 dollars for 2 burgers and this thing (because it’s not possible to even call it French fries). This just tastes terrible and seems to be super old, looks disgusting. Oily, burned.

They do not take orders over the phone. The website would not load for online ordering. It also does’t take Apple Pay. Fine… I went in to find they didn’t have the one thing I wanted. Go to North South Grill a few miles away. Way better. Burgerfi could vastly improve the poor experience they provide.

We used to come here a lot. But something have changed dramatically: No beer, no ice tea... And the order took FOREVER to come... And the burger tasted like cardboard. They better sell the franchise!

The burger was great as always, and the service was even better. Gianna took care of us with such kindness and professionalism — super helpful, attentive, and full of positive energy. It’s always a pleasure to be treated like that! We’ll definitely be back. 👏🍔
