This used to be my go-to burger spot. Now i'd rather go to Five-Guys across the street. Burger buns were dry, no burgerfi logo on them anymore. The patty itself was also small and dry, it used to be much thicker and juicer. The cashier was being paid to stand there and look down at her phone. No music. All around an awful experience compared to when i used to go consistently 2 years ago.
Update (Sep 1st) - I emailed a day or two after Burgerfi responded and received no response. Dissapointing...

When we arrived the tables were dirty, only three were occupied, we had to choose the least dirty one... one of them occupied by a sleeping employee...

The restaurant was empty and I found the server sweeping the floor. When she returned to the cashier, she took my order and proceeded to prepare my milkshake without washing her hands first and without gloves

Just tried the new bowls and it's pretty good. All the goodness of a burger without the guilt.
The food there is consistently good, better alternative than other fast food places.
It's really self serve which is why I don't add 5 stars.

Never have I felt more let down and unwelcome at a reputable establishment. I had arranged to meet a relative at the restaurant, with our children eagerly anticipating a meal together. However, upon arrival at 9:05 PM, we were met with signs indicating that dine-in service was not available after 9 PM. Despite ordering through the self-service kiosk and selecting the dine-in option, our food was packaged to go and slammed in front of us on the table. The trash bins were blocked off with trays, and condiments were unavailable. Everything was labeled with handwritten signs on napkins, most likely from employees all too eager to leave at 10 PM sharp.
How is any of this acceptable? Where was the management? Where was the franchise owner? I am astounded that it has come to this. Clearer communication about the 9 PM dine-in cutoff is essential. We saw other patrons eating out of bags inside and outside in poorly lit areas, creating a dismal dining experience.
In the future, when I crave BurgerFi, I will take my business to the Weston location.
Quality of food was fresh, service was quick and reliable, the hospitality was appreciated.

Burgers are pretty small and greasy, service is cold as you don't speak to anyone. Quality of the burger was ok. At least the price is still low enough to not feel bad about paying through the nose for mediocre food.
