Customer service very rude the waitress. He is very rude. Overcharge me.
He put service charge 30% I will never go back again. I spent 166 and the food was not good waitress was very rude. He refused to call the Manager. He said Manager is not working right now.

I was very pleased with my dining experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly. The service was quick, attentive, and always helpful without even needing to ask. The food was served neatly, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What I loved most is that the staff kept smiling even when the restaurant was busy, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. Truly a great place for anyone looking for excellent service by (Hanky)

There are many of the Seafood Boiler restaurants around right now. This time we went to try this one. The atmosphere is very cool with some colorful lightings and the ship design with the table in the center of the restaurant. They are very clean throughout the restaurant. The service was excellent and helpful. They were explaining the sauce types and which one they recommend. We did try the King Crab leg, which it was not cheap. It was delicious!!! The legs were fresh and tasty. We definitely enjoyed. The price is reasonable. We ordered few different type of crab legs. They were all delicious! We definitely recommending others. We will go back again.

The food was good, we tried the clam chowder and the big bucket. The clam chowder is the best clam chowder I've ever had, I can't believe it came out of that tiny restaurant, I thought it was going to come out of a 7 time Michelin star restaurant. It was very high quality, wish I could say the same about the place, some chairs were broken and I did see a cockroach crawling on the floor, not many people but it was a good and nicely decorated place. The service was amazing, they attended us every time and would frequently walk by but won't interrupt, the food was brought out quickly too. The clam chowder was very meaty. 8.4/10 in total, just the cockroach killed it.

Food was delicious. Our waiter Matthew was excellent!

We arrived at 9:00 PM, well before the listed closing time of 10:00 PM on Google. However, the doors were locked, and when we knocked, the staff member on duty informed us it was pick-up only. As we tried to look at the menu, he rushed us with noticeable pressure, insisting that the time on Google was incorrect and that they were ready to close. Unfortunately, the experience felt unwelcoming and stressful. It would be helpful if the hours were updated online to reflect the actual closing time.

The food was so bad and they bought out paper plates thankfully they gave me a refund for the steamed oysters, they tasted and smelled like they had just picked them from the sea. The crab cakes were fried to hard, the coconut shrimp were fried to hard, the fried calamari didn’t have a taste I would not recommend this place to anyone what a disaster.

This place uses frozen seafood. Ordered the popcorn shrimp and even though it was edible, the shrimp was not fresh. Then ordered the pasta with mixed seafood... the pasta was edible, the calamari tasted like plastic, mussels and shrimp weren't fresh either but at least they were swallowable... SO DISAPPOINTING AND NEVER AGAIN!

Our family of four just had lunch here. The food was delicious. Our server was friendly and helpful. Our son left my phone on the table. When I called the restaurant 20 minutes after leaving our server was able to locate it. We even had a laugh about it because the movie my son was watching was still playing when he found the phone. If you’ve ever left something behind at a restaurant you know the odds of it being returned are slim to none. 10 stars for the honest staff!
