If I could give zero stars I would. I was extremely disappointed. We were returning customers after a great experience with our wedding cake. This Time we ordered cake pops for our baby shower. We gave a few examples of what we liked and Beatriz said she would give us an idea of what she was thinking based on our inspiration pictures. It was like pulling teeth just to get a response from her. Finally, three days before the shower I was able to get her on the phone. She said they would be exactly like the 3 favorite pictures we sent. I was surprised that she wasn't going to come up with her own artistic vision and go over that with me. But trusted she was going to do what she said. When we got the cake pops they were not remotely close to the vision and inspiration we sent. It was extremely disappointing. Not only that, but a last minute change of pick up time put a wrench in our set up for the shower the morning of. We accommodated after she said "we don't have to pick them up if we don't want them." When we called to address this, Beatriz was extremely rude. Told me that I was not happy with the order the minute I ordered them, which makes no sense. We were so excited to use her and give repeat business. And trusted she would come up with something adorable. The pops were not "ugly", but not at all what we talked about. I could've gone to Publix or Starbucks for the type of product we received. Their lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning.

After lots of looking for a perfect person to make a cake for my best friends party, I finally found the perfect place. Cake creations! They beyond exceeded what I could ever want. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious! I can count on cake creations for further cakes.

They have absolutely zero sham and I want every potential bride to steer clear. Beatriz draws a beautiful setup for you at her bakery to not do it on your actual wedding day! We used Elite Cake for our wedding on 1/10/20 at the Parkland Golf & Country Club. They were tasked with the dessert table and wedding cake. Ive attached both her drawing and the end results. ThE tiers werent gold, there was no signage for the guests and the table wasnt decorated with the green garland either. I emailed Beatriz on 1/25 and have yet and probably won’t hear from her ... ever. After spending over $1000 for this sham, this is truly disappointing. So brides GO ELSEWHERE!! You’ve been warned!

Yami is amazing! She is so incredibly talented! I have placed seven orders with her for big parties that I’ve had and she has always met or exceeded expectations. She’s done single tier cakes, double tier cakes and cupcakes for me and I was very pleased with all of them. I always get lots of compliments on her creations and she always delivers exactly what I ordered. She’s definitely my go to cake lady!

Great experience, Great cake! My husband and I threw our daughters first birthday and we wanted a Color Crew cake. This is an obscure cartoon on an obscure channel that my daughter loves. At the appointment, Yami was ready and had done her research. She already knew what the characters looked like and she helped us design a beautiful cake as we talked through our ideas. We had to bring our daughter to the appointment and she was very nice and accommodating to her (She was running around touching everything!!). I received so many compliments on the cake. I Would definitely use her again and i recommend her to everyone in need of a cake for a special occasion.

I'd highly recommend Yami at Cake Creations. My daughters birthday party was a hit with the cake. Everyone loved it! I gave some ideas to what I envisioned the cake to be; and Yami gave me feedback and sketched a better version of what I had originally envisioned. LOL I guess that's why I should just stick to numbers! The cake was beautiful, fun and very creative. Awesome Job Cake Creations! Thank you!!

Where to start. I contacted Yami a week and a half before the event for a very specific cake. I had been searching for someone to make a special cake, even up in doral and I chose this bakery even with the little following and reviews they had. I felt very confident when I spoke to the owner that she knew what I wanted based on the photo I sent her. The day of the party I was setting up and my husband calls me frantic. He says the cake looks NOTHING like the photo. I asked for a specific design that would look disastrous if the baker modified it which she did. The design was completely different, it looked like a basic chocolate cake that could be bought at publix and the taste was not even worth the look. The worst part of it all was the customer service. I called Yami to explain to her everyone in my family was disappointed with the cake and she went off on me that the baker worked very hard, that i got a close design of what I asked for and that because she believed it was fine there was nothing she could do. I had ordered cupcakes along with the cake which were perfect but tasted just ok. The cake was a disappointment. Did not even put it out. Really upset with the outcome and Yami. As an owner you should handle complaints and criticism with grace. Do not give people false expectations if you cannot deliver. She was absolutely nasty when I told her how upset I was at the outcome and how important this very expensive cake was. She had no empathy and did not even offer a solution or even discount. I offered to take it back because that is how displeased I was and she would not take it back and I understood her completely because the cake was a disaster. First picture the cake on the right is what i asked for and left is what we received. Second photo is how the cake should have been made.
