The place needs a facelift. The carpet smells funky and the furniture's in terrible shape. My table had this gross looking gunk that made it hard to enjoy the food. Upon entering there was no sign of a host. We waited for a couple of minutes and then walked out. After checking out the menu of a new restaurant across the way, we decided to walk back in and this time a hostess walked toward the front and noticed us. The server polite but less than enthusiastic about serving. We were offered drinks right away and soon after were brought bread and dipping oil. The food was prepared fresh and the portions were sufficient but the prices are a bit higher than expected. Can't say that I won't return but as a last resort and not anytime soon.

Love CPK and have for many many years. We enjoy their pizzas and salads. The BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad is the best. You can get it just the way it comes or customise it. I ask for extra BBQ and Ranch because we like it more wet. It's great to dip the kid's pizza crust in too!

We have been coming to this location for a very long time, and unfortunately, its been poorly managed, to say the least; they have lost many great employees, and their business has suffered. We have since followed some of these great employees to other locations to get excellent service and encourage them to grow with the company. Having said all that, one of these employees is Felix, and he is now back in this location and is running it the way it should be. We were there last night, and there was a significant difference; the food and drinks were terrific, but more importantly, the service was on point. Also, the place looked nice and inviting; you could tell there was a great vibe. This is an excellent location in the Pembroke Lakes Mall, so if you are shopping, stop by, have some great food, and ask for Felix; he will make your experience unforgettable.

Horrible, they don’t have enough people working at that place, the woman at the entrance told us we had to wait for 10 mins, then people started to just walk in get their own menus and sit down, unbelievable they were getting service while we were waiting , another family came and very courteous ask us if we were waiting, the woman came back and we complained about the other people that just walked in got their own menus, sat down and were getting service.. she told us it was ok, then asked the others ohh you are here for lunch, the costumer told her that we were here first and she did not care about us … just ignored us , took these 3 people ( obviously she knows them) and left us there… I COME HERE 2 or 3 times a week .. I WONT COME BACK EVER… driving now to their place in Fort Lauderdale where they know how to treat their costumers.

Second time in a row, once on a weekend and once on a weekday. Three waiters for a full house and one covering front desk reception as well, took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Food is good, service terrible. Hire more staff.

Wow, been so long since I've visited a CPK. I'm surprised to see a lot of people going to it. Very busy location. Most tables were full I had the mushroom spinach pizza. It was pretty expensive for just button mushrooms. When ordering, I asked the waiter what kjnd of mushrooms and he was saying button, not the weird shiitake ones. Which I replied, I would like wild mushrooms on mine. But, its an American restaurant so I suppose i shouldn't expect much from it. It was good.

I hadn't been to CPK in a LOOONG time. We dropped off my teen at the mall and I had been craving pizza for a while so what better than CPK? So my husband and I decided to go for it while we waited. I have to say the prices have gone up so much since the last time we were there. More than 20 bucks for a pizza!!! And it surprises me because it's a pizza that can easily be eaten by one person, the size is not exactly large. So because I was so surprised by the prices I decided to go for this offer they had that if you try something else than pizza from the menu, they would give you a free pizza for your next visit. I asked the waiter about it and he didn't know anything about the deal. I went online and registered... thinking that's the only thing I needed to do and show the waiter. Turns out I was supposed to order online for pick up. Neither the waiter or the hostess mentioned that. So I ordered this entre that was pricier and ended up not having my free pizza My husband ordered only a dessert and we both had a soft drink. We spent about $70 tip included for a lunch we expected to be maybe half the amount. I'm not gonna say the food wasn't good because it was, but just not worth the money. I think next time I'll just pick up one of their frozen pizzas at my Publix isle ‍ Also, I have to say the service was pretty slow. The people seating at the table next to us ended up leaving very upset because they waited for a long time and no one even came to take their drinks order.

The food is good, but the wait for the food is ridiculous. The workers take their time and talk to their friends while your waiting for your food. When you get your food it's cold. The food is good, but I would not come in person. I do not recommend.

Expense for the kind of pizza they serve. Advantage they serve beer and wine. Explore others options

They get 5 stars for the buffalo cauliflower...otherwise, I haven't tried other menu items. With regards to customer service, I usually call in my order and pickup so the process is quick and very minimal interaction with staff.

I have eaten here many times. I usually order the Hawaiian pizza which is very tasty. The ham is very flavorful and makes the pizza. I sometimes order the Caesar salad and sometimes the Italian Chopped salad. It depends on my mood. The last couple times I ordered takeout from CPK. The pizzas travel well but it seems the salads do not. I was not impressed with my petite wedge salad. I didn't care for the dressing and thought there was not enough bacon. The guacamole for the chips was lacking flavor a lot. I do love their chocolate souffle cake for dessert. That is delicious. I think I will stick to the entree salads and pizza here. They are located mid way through the mall on the south side.

The place is inside the Pembroke pines mall.We were seated quickly but it took a long time to place an order. The food also took a bit longer than usual. We ordered the Thai pizza and it was a unique one. Not too greesy and fresh. The spicy cauliflower appetizer was ok. Nothing great. The kids brownie was good. Can improve their service.

Love California Pizza kitchen BUT not this one. The service is beyond bad. So bad that we left before we even got seated after waiting over 20 minutes for a hostess to even approach us. Then another 20 for a table only to have a family behind us to get a table before us while we have a crying baby that had been waiting for 40 minutes already. Just to not even get a table afterwards and still be waiting. Honestly if you want to eat go somewhere else.
