Food not good at all was given beef pastries instead of empanadas…. It felt like something I was eating in order to survive .

I have always loved them. Their pastelitos are full of substance! Prices are average but because so full they are better than other Cuban bakeries. But today was disappointed. I have never had to tell them I am on the club it’s has been automatic. But today they just rang me up and I said I am on the club. She said should have told me, sorry. I know not a big thing but somehow it was to me. I see it as part of good service.

Customer service was very poor. Skipped twice and we felt like it was an inconvenience to be served.

They sell spoiled deserts here don’t come. The expiration date will say otherwise but once you taste it, smell it, and see the consistency of it you will realize it is spoiled past a week. Very gross. Not coming back, food poisoning guaranteed here.

The place is fabulous, the desserts are delicious, the service is wonderful, I recommend it to my friends. I brought many cakes to my country Mexico because my family must try these spectacular delicacies!!!

Nasty!. My order was a pastries tray. I didn't know had croquettes I didn't know it had croquettes, reheated many times and sold like that. A total lack of respect. The old and very bad pastries, I think, were more than 3 days old and the croquettes were stale and cold. The order cost $17.00, no one ate, it straight into the trash. I’m really disappointed!

I bought a kake made of supposedly liquor, expensive and didn't taste like anything, and without filling, it was dry, the shop assistant didn't know the types of filling that the one I bought had, she told me that it had a vanilla filling inside and it was dry, it had no filling. It's pointless to say that she just read the sign just like the customer can. The Kake are not marked in front of the name of each one, there is little variety of Kake to make a Cuban place I don't buy more kake there, the one I bought was horrible
