I have always loved them. Their pastelitos are full of substance! Prices are average but because so full they are better than other Cuban bakeries. But today was disappointed. I have never had to tell them I am on the club it’s has been automatic. But today they just rang me up and I said I am on the club. She said should have told me, sorry. I know not a big thing but somehow it was to me. I see it as part of good service.
The place is fabulous, the desserts are delicious, the service is wonderful, I recommend it to my friends. I brought many cakes to my country Mexico because my family must try these spectacular delicacies!!!
It was our first time at your place, we usually go around the neighborhood to explore new places and support our locals. The pastries were delicious and the place is clean and cute, but unfortunately the girl behind the counter ( Lisey C ) has a bad attitude and unpleasant customer service skills.
