This review is for all carrot express franchises. I’ve dined in a few different ones and I’ve had the same issue with all of them. The chicken is never fully cooked and oftentimes it’s pink inside or the chicken arteries are exposed bloody and raw. I’ve had to request them to cook it longer than the automatic timer since is obviously set off to soon. Other times I’ve done pick up I’ve had to cook the chicken on my stove. This is my last time at this franchise.

Disappointing experience. Instead of just standing there with an awkward stare and silence and then continuing to ignore the customer to speak with coworker, greet them…make small talk…ask them if they’ve ever eaten there…tell them about the place. SOMETHING. Service was terrible and the food was just as disappointing. The chicken fried rice looked nothing like the picture and seemed as if it was sitting all day. The burger was pretty average. The complimentary water was out and the staff just stood there watching as I tipped the container to get a drop out. ??♂️
Definitely need some staff training or retraining.

I came in my grandaughter and I for breakfast they had 4 customers I stood to the counter for about 4 or 6 mins waiting on someone to greet us the lady looked at me and continued to open a box.. wow . So I went somewhere else because you can't make people give you good customer service just take your money else where. Shame and I'm a fan of the carrot express in bayshore

This specific Carrot Express always has an issue and there is always a mystery. The two times Ive tried to go eat there They close the doors to no let public come in like they're so busy, they even turn off lights and pretend they're close while people are outside literally looking like whats going on. Horrible service! Dont even bother going there. Who manages this place?
Barbara provided excellent service!! She was so patient and friendly. This was my first visiting and she answered all of my questions and provided her honest feedback which I appreciate. I ordered the 1/2 chicken Caesar wrap w/ 1/2 Brussels sprouts salad along with a side of tostones and caramel ice coffee w/ oat milk. The food was very fresh and the ice coffee was refreshing. This was an unplanned visit and I’m glad I decided to have lunch here. Try it and you will not regret it. Thank you Barbara for your great service ?

The place “opens” at 10am, but the staff were late. We were waiting outside with a baby and they walked right past us, opened the door and locked up again. We still waited hoping they would open soon, after a while we knocked and someone finally came out and said they wouldn’t open until 10:30 because of catering. Very disappointing.
