Great option inside the Pembroke Lakes Mall’s food court. They make your food at the moment, everything was fresh. Kind staff, they speak english and spanish. Recommended 💯

I especially loved the Philly Cheesesteak — juicy, cheesy, and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even during busy hours.

The quality of the food is average, but the location is only a food court, but the price is more expensive than the restaurant, which is a bit excessive.

This was a terrible experience at Charley’s Cheesesteaks. After waiting over 40 minutes for my order, the food finally came out completely cold and missing ingredients from my sandwich. On top of that, the drink tasted like dirty water, flat and disgusting. The service is painfully slow and disorganized. Honestly, I would never come back!

I was waiting in the front for someone to get are order for like a good 5 min which all the employees are doing is just staring at me and then once I finally get my food my fries were cold. I don’t know who run this place but they need to look at what there employees are doing.
