Charleys Cheesesteaks

The reason for the 3-stars is because the staff that work there are shady. My last two orders, they helped themselves and added a tip to my order - without asking me. Typically, tipping is something I always do out of my own volition and tip well. However, sneaking in an extra charge without my consent is downright theft.

Pros: I've always loved this place when I had a craving for something hearty. it's located inside the mall so very convenient to get the food on the go.

Advice to customers: check your receipt BEFORE you get your order so you won't get up charged for slow service.

Excellent experience at Charlie’s Philly Steaks!
I tried their Philly cheesesteak and was blown away: juicy meat, fresh and soft bread, and the perfect amount of melted cheese. Everything was hot and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and quick with the service, even during peak hours. I also really liked how clean the place was and its casual yet welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommended!

Great option inside the Pembroke Lakes Mall’s food court. They make your food at the moment, everything was fresh. Kind staff, they speak english and spanish. Recommended 💯

Charley’s a great place, it’s inside the Pembroke Lakes Mall at the food court. My Philly was amazing, nice presentation lovely taste. Kind staff! 100% recommended
