Been here quite a few times. My experience has been the same everytime. Consistent. We had the spinach dip and cheese bites for the appetizer. Very tasty. 10 out of 10. We ordered the salmon. My man rayed it an 8 out of 10. My daughter had the ribs. It was very tough unfortunately. Definitely not falling off the bone and she could barely pull it apart. She ended up using a knife to wade through the rib fibers. The pain killer was strong if you're into strong drinks. The star of the show as always is the biscuits. Yummy. 20 out of 10. I ordered extra. Overall good experience.

After an hour wait at the bar, left without ever getting our food. Four of us got there an hour and a half before our showtime at the theater. We immediately ordered food and drinks. We got the beer quick, but then bartender never came around to ask if we wanted more. Also, he never cleared all the cups dirty cups from the prior customers. Those dirty cups were in front of us for over an hour while we waited for the food. Eventually, we had to leave to get to the theater. Service was absolutely horrible.

We sat at the bar….10 minutes before we actually were able to order drinks and appetizers….40 minutes laters, no appetizers.
The place was empty too!!

We asked for 2 separate checks and only one check was given. Minimum tip was 18%. Really?

Not recommended for large groups. I usually have a good experience here but my last one left me highly disappointed. I came here last night, Saturday Nov. 8th, with my family to celebrate my birthday. I’ve been here many times and had a great time so when my family asked where I would like to celebrate my birthday, I immediately thought of cheddars. We were a group of 10 so I know that we usually have a bit of a wait, when the hostess advised it would be a 30 minute wait, I accepted as I knew that might be the case- especially on a Saturday night. However, my 30 minute wait ended up being a 1 hour and 20 minute wait. No, I am not exaggerating. Towards the end of the wait I was checking in with the hostess and her first response was “we’re waiting for the group that is seated where we want to sit you, to get up”. Then, a while later I asked again and I said, “ could we just split our group up, we’re really hungry” and she said “the group just paid, we’re going to clean the tables as soon as they get up” . A few more minutes pass by and the hostess said “okay we’re cleaning the table” and finally 1 hour and 20 minutes later we were seated. The weird thing is we never saw a group of 10 walk out, and when we got to our table it was just 2 tables put together so I am not sure why it took so long to sit us. When we get to our table, it was not “clean”, there were crumbs in the seats. As soon as our waitress came, we put in food and drink orders because we were all really hungry. Our 6 alcohol drinks took a very long time, which the waitress apologized for. After that things were a lot better because our waitress was extremely nice and pleasant. The food was delicious, as always. Sadly, it just seems like this place is just not equipped to handle big groups. I was so excited to bring my family here because it’s great food with large portions at reasonable prices, but this last experience left me extremely disappointed. I don’t like how the hostess kept pretty much lying to my face. I feel that if it was taking so long to sit a big group like ours, she should’ve asked me if I wanted to split up for faster seating. This is not my first time going out to eat with my whole family like this, which is why I know there will always be a wait but never like this. The only reason we stayed is because about 45 minutes into our wait, I called nearby restaurants and they all had a fairly long wait and we didn’t want to start the clock over. So long story short, if you have a group of 5 or less, I highly recommend cheddars, but if you have a group of 6 or more you might want to make reservations elsewhere.

Ordered chicken Caesar pasta salad and did not get any pasta! This was a pickup order, picked up by my son, so I didn’t know until I opened it at home.

I went in 2023 and forgot to leave a review but I didn’t forget my experience! It was terrible and they didn’t recon have any croissants

Horrible experience. We went during the week and I was approx 15 after opening. Once we seated and ordered , the food took forever. Mind you there were no more than 4 to 5 tables of customers. The waitress was attending to the bar and our table. She was below average and we had to ask for drink refills.To top it off the food was not tasty at all. I think it's time to put Cheddars down. I will not be returning.
