Could not see a thing, food was very bland (guy with a grill in the Home Depot parking lot serves more flavorful food), and the service took forever to provide one drink (35 minutes). And when it arrived, it was watered down. Our waiter was nice, but not extremely attentive. Overall, it was not a good experience and it’s unfortunate because I recommended this restaurant over a different one.

My daughter and I went for lunch. The restaurant was pretty empty. We ordered a burger and fries for me and Alfredo pasta for my daughter. I ate half of the burger and fries because it was very good and filing. My daughter really enjoyed the pasta as well. I liked that when we asked to change a drink to another drink that my daughter liked, we were able to get it without a fuss. We truly enjoyed this

Ok. I really thought the food would be good . GROSS!!!. I gave it 1 star because the spinach dip and drinks were decent. Husband and i came for lunch and we were disappointed. Burger, no seasoning. Cheddar cheese not melted. Burger lack quality. Onion rings no flavor. My husband didnt finish and neither did i. We threw it away when we got home. Not coming back.

Today I had the most exceptional experience at any dining establishment In a very long time! We had our annual Christmas party at cheddars because it is one of our favorite local restaurants, and I have been here many times, but today we received such exceptional service from everyone that I felt compelled to write a review! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted with a huge smile from one of the nicest people I’ve ever met named Carrie! She was breaking the ice with us to make us feel welcome, and she said that she absolutely loves working for this restaurant and that they take good care of her. There is not a lot of excitement and enthusiasm in the food industry nowadays, and Carrie was a much welcomed breath of fresh air to welcome us! Particularly because the stress of planning this event and coordinating 16 schedules was starting to weigh on us, but she took the burden of our party on with a smile and made it a truly wonderful experience! Thank you Carrie!!!!! The atmosphere was excellent, great music, sublime food, and our waiter, Carlos, was exceptional as well! Usually, the service for large parties is slow, but Carlos did an excellent job constantly checking up on us to ensure we were OK and making sure our food came out in a timely manner! Thank you to the entire staff at cheddars for making our teams holiday party and unforgettable experience! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for excellent quality American food at an extremely reasonable price! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

Just went here last night. We were sat promptly and the server came and got our drink order and appetizer. After that it was downhill. It was a group of 6 btw. Once he took our food order he never came back to the table. To add to that. The food never came out. It was about 30 minute before the server came back and told us one of your dishes was not available and asked if we wanted something else. After that another 20 minutes with no food. The server not once came and asked us how we were. Didn’t apologize for the wait of the food or any update on when the food was coming out. At this point we all just agreed that we weee just going to pay for the drinks we had and we’re going to leave. One of us got up and told the manager that we had waited long enough and we just needed the check so we could leave. Miraculously he comes out literally 30 seconds later with a tray of food. We told him no thanks we don’t want it anymore. Explained the situation to the manager. The guy doesn’t even say a single word and just walks away with the food. The server comes back and gives us the check and just says the manager told him we didn’t want the food anymore and finally apologized for the wait. We pay and walk out. The only reason I gave 2 starts is because the croissants were pretty delicious

Tonight was my second time dining at Cheddar's Pembroke Pines in as many weeks. Both times I sat at the bar. Tonight, Shature (I'm sure that is not the correct spelling of her name, sorry!) was my server/bartender and she was amazing. She was so pleasant, warm, friendly, accomodating, BUSY, and easy to talk to. It felt like I've known her forever yet it was my first time meeting her. We laughed like old friends. Hopefully she is there next week when work takes me back to the area.

The food was great but they didn't have the pot pie....again! I'm going to have to get there earlier next week. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Cheddars is my fav go to place. I visited today (of many times) and I asked for Izzy a favorite waitress. She is very sociable, remembers orders and faces.

Giovan/Jovan was our server today. He came out immediately with hot honey buttered croissants!
