I came here to have a lovely meal with my gal pals on the night of January 8th. I was so excited to taste the deliciousness of chick fill a BUT WAS PUBLICLY SHAMED BY A WORKER TAKING MY ORDER AT THE DRIVE THROUGH. So I pull up and say “hello” but in a slightly awkward singing tone. I get this is weird but I’m just socially awkward in drive throughs. WHAT I DID NOT EXCEPT WAS FOR THE WORKER TO CRINGE IN MY FACE AND ROLL HIS EYES!! NOT ONLY DID HE CRINGE AND ROLL HIS EYES IN KY FACE BUT HE HELD THAT AWKWARD SILENCE FOR 30 SECONDS!! IM. NOT. OVER. EXAGGERATING. I SPEAK THE TRUTH!! AND WHEN HE BROKE THAT SILENCE HE WAS SO RUDE WITH THE NASTIEST TONE EVER. was I awkward…. maybe, BUT DID I DESERVE TO BE SHAMED IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE DRIVE THROUGH!!! . I WAS SO SHOCKED I RECEIVED WHIPLASH. NOT ONLY WAS THIS MORTIFYING BUT I AM SCARRED!! I HAVE NIGHTMARES ABOUT THIS INTERACTION. NOT A DAY PASSES THAT I DON’T THINK ABOUT THIS. I AM KEPT UP EVERY NIGHT BEING HAUNTED BY THE MEMORIES OF THIS DREADFUL DAY! I AM SO EMBARRASSED I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SHOW MY FACE AT THAT ESTABLISHED ANYMORE. I DRIVE 20 MINUTES JUST TO GET TO A CHICK FILL A WHERE IM NOT LAUGHED AT!! Needless to say it was not his pleasure OR MINE. Psa NEVER BE YOURSELF WHEN ORDERING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENTS CHICK FILL A DRIVE THROUGH!!!!!

Chick-fil-A has been one of my favourite fast food restaurants since 2006. The chick-n-minis were the first thing I ever tried and I was blown away, it's still my favourite thing they offer. If you ever get the chance to try their breakfast, I suggest trying it. Their chicken nuggets are the best available from any fast food restaurant because it's actually chicken. Waffle fries are exceptionally good. Polynesian sauce? I don't even know what it actually is but it's so damn good. The customer service at Chick-fil-A is the best there is, they're the first fast food restaurant I've ever seen send employees out to the drive-thru line to take orders in advance and if it's a hot day, offer lemonade while you wait (the lemonade is also fantastic as well). The employees are courteous and always upbeat, the interaction is always great. Now being able to order in advance, drive up and park, it makes it even more accessible.

I got my order, and the box containing the fries was on its side. Not one fry was left in the box. It was all thrown out into the bag! I ordered two drinks and got one straw. I ordered grilled nuggets and got no utensils. Then, I went to eat the fries and it was stale. This is frustrating!

Super long wait

Mobile ordering is terrible waited for 20 min just for them to close and not get any food. Employee’s are very dismissive of complaints.

Don’t mobile order here or expect to be taken care of if you do. They left me sitting for over 20 minutes, even though I ordered ahead in the app. When I get my order it is missing something and when I bring it up, I get looked at like I am wrong. One of the staff members even goes as far as reaching into my car to pull the receipt, doesn’t even ask.

Not the best chick-fil-a I've been to. Waffle fresh were at the bottom of the fryer. Chicken was not freshly cooked and pickles were wilted from sitting on the sandwich. Had better for 30.00. The coke was the best part of the meal.

I was given the wrong order and then I had to go up there and Pay the difference for a whole dollar it was such an inconvenience and then I had to wait longer for my food so ridiculous
