Service is usually top notch but not on this day. No menu to share and didn't get one when asked so a bit disappointed after being spoiled with friendly customer service in the past. Food on the other hand? yum, yum. What sorcery is this? It's the sauce of course. It's simply addictive. Dip ur fries in ur favorite sauce or mix the chickfila sauce w/ ketchup and u just can't stop. Put either sauce of ur choice on ur sandwich and it's the same magic.

I’m writing this with a heavy heart because of the way my aunt was treated last night at the Chick-fil-A on Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines, Florida. My aunt went there simply to pick up some food for my uncle, who just had a stem cell transplant and is still recovering. Unfortunately, she realized she had forgotten her purse when she got to the counter.

She kindly explained her situation and asked if she could take the food and come right back to pay. She even offered to leave her phone as a guarantee. Instead of showing compassion or understanding, the manager embarrassed her in front of everyone. My aunt was left feeling humiliated and disrespected when all she was trying to do was care for her sick husband.

This experience broke my heart because my aunt is one of the kindest, most humble people you’ll ever meet. She didn’t deserve to be treated that way—especially not at a place known for kindness, hospitality, and respect. I truly hope the management takes this situation seriously and reminds their staff what Chick-fil-A stands for: love, respect, and service from the heart.

Very friendly staff, clean and nice layout for a chik fil a. Sadly no playground for kids,, but not many around from what I could tell. Otherwise it was great!
