Love their fried chicken.
Lazy staff, I waited 15 mins for my order only for them to tell me that for them to make it they need to make a new batch and they didn’t want to so they tried offering me other stuff that I don’t eat instead

App says to scan QR code or let a member know you’re here. First time using mobile drive thru and I didn’t realize how it worked. They let me wait around 20 mins and instead of attending me, made me drive around to scan the code and get in the back of the line. I’m not coming back to this chick fil a again if I can help it. No common sense and customer service is lacking. Like they didn’t care to help me
Order 367. After payment I had to wait a very long time because the Kale salad wasn't ready and was told it’s better to change my order. When I got home the bag was missing BOTH fries. I am not happy with this experience and will not return to your restaurant. The his is by far the worst experience I've had at a Chick fil a. Your website also won’t accept the 4610 restaurant code and I am unable to leave a complaint there. Your restaurants are going down hill.

Guy & Albert gave us the greatest service I could’ve possibly gotten. Even though the line looks never ending It goes by pretty quickly. They have a lot of people outside taking orders. I did see that the fans outside are off and in our Miami weather I believe that is best for there to be fans running at all times because they do have them out here while it’s raining, while it’s hot so is best to always take care of your employees to make sure that they do their best job possible.

I ordered online. I called the place because I was in the wrong store and they told me that they had thrown away the food because I didn't go to get it in time, it had been 1 hour away and that they couldn't give me the money or the food back. The manager on duty has very little empathy.

Went to this location for lunch. I love chick fil a but some of the workers have a bad attitude. When I was ordering I forgot to get some sauce so when I received my food I asked one of the workers and she gave me an attitude saying “Next time you want a sauce ask them when your ordering so it’s already in the bag!” I said I forgot Thank you. And then she turned around and said something rude to her coworker about me forgetting to ask for the sauce. Like it wasn’t that busy and literally a lot of people were working. I think they need to have nicer people worker.
