I have never had a bad experience with this brand but this location at Pembroke Lakes Mall is horrendous. The people working there seemed tired and pissed with their job, it isn’t like that at any other restaurant from this chain. My order took forever and I saw how they just didn’t care, I even gave my food away. I would never come back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I really don't appreaciate placing an order at the window just to have the other lane cut in front of me to order to a employee. Why can't the attendees pay attention and have them wait. With a new born at home I can't see this being a place for me to get food quickly.

This place, every time I go to look for a meal, accusingly forces me to confirm the order, before even seeing that they are giving me the correct order... I accept it because I understand that there are people who steal it. ... but this month is the second time I come to this place to look for a meal and another person has already taken it (stole it)... so it is clear that what they have in this place is a selection of racial discrimination and it depends on how whoever takes care of you likes you, because she assumes or not that you are a thief... and she gives it to you without confirming the order... because there is no other explanation
Kristen hr director was rude… gave attitude over asking if we could please get whipped cream that was missing from an order… wouldn’t let us get more than two sauces and continued to raise her voice saying “ what do u want “ all the other workers were friendly though.
Customer service is horrible, staff were really rude and when I asked to speak to supervisor she was even worse. It's embarrassing and sad to see that this people is totally ruining Chick-fil-As image. This is not how they do things and having employees treating people so disrespectful it's just sick. Never coming back to this store.

Just received a RAW chicken Cobb salad. The chicken was cold, hard and raw so much I couldn’t bite through it. Health hazard, never in my life have I received undercooked food from chick fa la. This has to be the worst location in the country.
