Come to this click fil a if you have all the time in the world….. come here if you want to order drive thru but wait for your food like it’s a sit down restaurant. I’ve been waiting over 15 mins for an order of grilled nuggets. This is ridiculous.

Deetrick (DJ) was our server and was so kind. He truly made both me and my boyfriend laugh and smile the whole time. DJ is as if chick-fil-a was a person and truly made the experience worth while. He helped us with ordering and getting everything we needed sorted out. We had a pretty complicated order but he was patient and kind. Truly such a breathe of fresh air i had to write a review just to hype him up. Please give this man a raise or a promotion or something.

I usually have the pleasure of dining via drive thru or dine in at this location. I had a meal inside this week and left/forgot my $80 dollar Stanley cup behind. My fault. I called shortly after realizing and spoke with manager Ghazi who kindly advised that he had located metal Stanley cup and would have it for me. I then asked what time facility closed and he said 10. Unfortunately, due to my busy work schedule, I went back today to retrieve my item and was told by the manager that He could not find it!!! and he thinks someone threw it away!!!
That is disheartening and unacceptable. There are lost and found areas I imagine where it could have been kept. The entire front storage area visible to customers has random items not food or sterile items where my valuable could have been placed!!! They said there were checking in managers office?? But could not locate. This is theft!! From one of the employees I presume.
Don’t leave your cup or valuable at this location. They are dishonest. !!!

Honestly, the WORST Chick-fil-A in the area. I usually come here because it's the closest one to my job, but every time I come, it's terrible. The food is never fresh, they're super SLOW, they never get your order right, and the staff is AWFUL. They're clearly understaffed. There's a manager who never wants to come out and talk, always sends someone else instead, and another one who just sits at the tables doing nothing. I've been through the drive-thru and dined in, and the service is terrible both ways. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
