I visited this chicken restaurant, and while it's typically above average, I had a disappointing experience. They often mix old, stale, overcooked chicken with juicy, fresh pieces, which is a significant drawback. This inconsistency lowered my review to 2 stars instead of 5.

Food quality is always decent if you do not feel like cooking. Staff is always friendly and helpful and delivery is quick.
Not sure how this place is still in business. Staff members are uneducated and rude. Everytime I come here I have the urge to do regrettable things. The sorry excuse of a manager is also really bad and probably should consider retiring. O yeah the food sucks too. Pretty sure these guys delete bad reviews and put up fake ones so take this information how you will.

have many years as a customer of this establishment since it is very close to home. Grilled chicken is always our choice and I am satisfied with the taste. But the staff he attends is EXTREMELY rude, despotic and with quality of customer service at zero (not all the staff, there is a Spanish-speaking boy who has long hair which is the opposite), but otherwise the restaurant has the worst service they ever visit. My visit for which I write this review was 5 min ago (10/12/2023-4:30pm). I'm not going back!

Pero el personal que atiende es EXTREMADAMENTE maleducado, despota y con calidad de servicio al cliente en cero (no todo el staff, hay un chico de habla hispana que tiene el pelo largo que es todo lo contrario), pero de resto el restaurant tiene el peor servicio que jamás visiten.
