My experience at this location was second to none. I had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant manager, Mercedes, who could not have been nicer. Her professionalism and outgoing personality are how you build great brands, let alone great restaurants. While sitting down to eat, I watched her kindness and grace with the other customers who came in. No matter the traffic, she treated every customer as if they were the only one in the store. Please ensure that Mercedes receives the kudos she deserves, as she turned me into a full-time customer! Also, I commented to her how clean the store was, and her reply was, "That's the only way it can be."

For a restaurant that has Chicken in their name, the chicken portion sizes are incredibly ridiculous. The servers wanted to charge me more, It wasn’t even a 1/4 of a chicken breast. The servers literally chopped the chicken up but didn’t give me all the pieces. As a 1st timer at this store I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. North Miami & Plantation is way better, their proportions were on point and the service great.

Wow I am so disappointed in this place. I paid $45 for 3 reg size bowls with 3 toppings and mostly see the bowl. More and more places are serving much less and charging more.
I come here quite frequently, since my son loves the Mexican chop. Today the lady popped a piece of chicken she left behind from the scooper into her mouth. I found it funny since she didn't think I'd seen her. I do hate that they never provide a receipt unless it's requested. The food is always fresh and good.

Paid over $10+ for the worst quesadilla. Each was empty, just half tortilla, then a couple pieces of chicken and a dash of cheese. A 5 year old can make a better one. No one working at this location could speak English either. Ruined my lunch break.

This is my favorite location. Ive been coming here for many years atleast once a week. I Was not expecting to get 5 Star service because its holiday time but i Was shocked. I walked in for dinner With a líne Out the Door and i Was greeted like i Was the only person there. Food Was fresh and delicious and the manager Was amazing and helping move things fast.

i go to this location all the time but tdy was just strange. i had placed an online order and walked in to get a drink at the register. the kind older hispanic woman checked me out and everything was going fine. i saw my order behind the counter and went up. the lady had gone in the back to do something and near the counter was a young man, about in his 20s. i said i had an online order and he put it in a bag and gave it to me. i said thank you, he said nothing back. i say happy holidays and still nothing. i heard him speaking english to ppl before so i know there’s no language barrier. i just thought that whole interaction was strange and off putting. besides this one worker, the workers at this location are very nice and work quickly.
