Our server Joseph was very attentive and very accommodating while we ordered and paid. The food was delicious but the service exceeded our expectations.

Food? Meh! Service? Nothing special. ​This place is absolutely crying out for a deep cleaning service. The bathrooms were filthy. The employees looked completely disheveled, as if they hadn't bathed. Everyone looked exhausted.
​This restaurant has the dirtiest floors I have ever seen. It’s obvious they haven't been mopped in years. What a disgusting restaurant. I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. I came for an after work celebration but I couldn't eat. Water and some chips. Not coming back.

Waskel was a great bartender — super friendly, attentive, and made great drinks! He kept the vibe fun and welcoming the whole time. You can tell he really cares about making sure everyone has a good experience. Definitely one of the best bartenders I’ve had at Chili’s — we’ll be back just because of him! Fun talking sports with him if you like sports!

Waskel was one of the best servers/ bartenders I’ve ever had at Chili’s — super friendly, easy to talk to, attentive, and made sure my food & drinks came out just right. He checked in often without being overbearing and had a great attitude the entire time. Really made the meal enjoyable! Definitely recommend asking for Waskel if you visit this location.

My mother and me got diarrhea it was bad. Only 3 pple in a restaurant that houses 300 something aint right...love them normally but something not ok w this place plz follow up ....

She explained the menu clearly, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her warm attitude and smile made our dining experience even better. Diana was an excellent server. She took care of us & did sub per job! Very attentive!

Called on a Friday night just to just check if there was availability. And I got a guy being sarcastic and rude telling me to just to figure it out through yelp and to not worry about it. If that’s the treatment even before I arrive then thanks for saving me the drive won’t be stopping by anytime soon.

We go to Chili's weekly and we always sit with Parvin. Who is a great waitress!! She knows what we like to drink and she always has it ready for us. I hope this gets back to her manager!! We live in Sunrise but we get to Pembroke Pines to see Parvin. She is the reason we go to that restaurant .
