I was pleasantly surprised during my visit. I went to support a non profit fundraiser. The general manager, a young black lady with braids, was very kind and accommodating to the group that was largely made of visually impaired and special needs individuals. The service was quick and courteous and the food was very well presented and tasty. I recommend.Kid-friendliness: They have kiosks at the tables with games. The location is very kid friendly.

My recent visit to Chili's restaurant was a mixed experience. While it wasn't amazing, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved service compared to past visits. The affordability of the food was a plus, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The highlight of the dining experience was undoubtedly the molten cake, which was delicious. However, as with any restaurant, individual experiences may vary, and the occasional side effects of the food were still present. The drinks, unfortunately, were disappointingly watery, almost resembling lemonade. As for the atmosphere, it's a hit or miss – you never quite know what to expect. Whether it's a quiet evening or a chaotic scene with screaming families, Chili's atmosphere remains unpredictable.

Really good restaurant, the family loved the food, and all the mood inside, you can easy order or pay without any special needs and the food amazing, we just wait a few minutes because the restaurant was full. The food really delicious and plenty of options for kids vegetarian and so on. Just a tip: m8st of food are spicy so, ask for no spicy food if you don't like it.

Rich and Robi are the most attentive and thoughtful people I have ever encountered. I've been to many different chili's but these 2 humans are amazing. Their pleasant energy and hard work never goes unnoticed. I hope the higher ups give them a shout out on my behalf and do something nice for them. Cherish them!

Our waitress tonight was so incompetent and stupid. I had to tell her everything at least three times. She still got the order completely wrong. I had to ask for every single item. I ordered iced tea. She brings it no sugar. I ask if she could bring some Splenda she doesn’t bring it. I ask if we could have some napkins she doesn’t bring it. I ask for a refill she doesn’t bring it. I ask for a kids meal the same exact Order as before when we got home because it was to go it was completely wrong she developed a bad attitude and she didn’t even try to do an average job. Then she got the bill wrong. We asked for two to go boxes. She brought one I had to ask another server to help me. I finally gave up on this lady. I don’t know what this girl was thinking she is by far the worst waitress I’ve ever met my wife and I couldn’t believe how ridiculous she was. I couldn’t wait to come home and write this review. The soup that we ordered was wrong as well, I would stay clear of the Pembroke Pines West chilies and if you do end up there, watch out for the older PR lady because she is a mess. She is tacky she doesn’t listen. She is lazy and incompetent. I wonder what the manager was stinking when he hired herParking: Make sure you lock your car and hide any valuables.
