In this particular place the lack of good cuisine and table service leaves a lot to be desired. The order arrived very late.
To highlight, the Chili's food chain is good and recommended, but I have already deleted this address from my highlighted places.

Dietary restrictions: Good for the gluten free options they have and they are careful about these issues.

It's was packed!! Sat down early, waiting for some friends to show up. My waitress "Taylor" came by several times to check on me while I was waiting. Once they got there, she immediately took our orders. The food took a while to come out, but I wasn't surprised as the waiting line was out the door. The food was great. The service was great. She refilled the drinks without waiting for us to ask. Didn't take any pics of my Double Old Timer with cheese cause I gave the wrong order, which was fixed I seconds and drove in as soon as it hit the table..lol

Parking: The place was packed as it affected parking of course.

Our server did a good job, but the kitchen totally messed up our meal. It took them forever to make my burger, and they got it all wrong. On top of that, the restaurant wasn't that busy at all. Sad to say, this is the last time I'm ever coming to this place. Very disappointing experience👎👎

Ordered to-go by phone. Got there the same time a payment link came by text, which ended up not working. We reverted to the standard register pay, which was fine. Timing was good and staff was all personable and attentive.

Parking: Their lot could get filled up quickly on a busy evening, but it's within a larger shopping parking lot for the plaza, so some reprieve there.

Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't pay specific attention to wheelchair access ramps. None was evident at the front entrance, but I can't speak for the side towards the plaza. The entrance is a double door and wide enough and there is room inside for a wheelchair to fit, though it might block the aisle some. So a corner booth is probably best in that event.

Vilma was my server and she was phenomenal very patient very attentive and fast didn’t have to ask for any refills or condiments and the manager Winnie omg she was making sure everything was okay and the restaurant was clean i definitely would be back.
