I’ve been at this chilis several times and the service is always great. Now chilis food is not the fanciest but after a few margaritas no one knows the difference lol overall I love their drinks and vibe. You can’t never go wrong with their triple dipper or burgers. My last visit was on Veterans Day which they had a special menu for veterans and their meal was free. Definitely a great way to keep our business.

i usually love chili’s but this location was subpar. they forgot a soup we ordered. the soup we did get came lukewarm and not hot. i tried to order one of the sides (a half order of texas cheese fries) and was told by my sever that you could only order sides if you get a combo. i frequent chili’s pretty often and my friends and i get the half order of fries all the time. further more if you go on the website it absolutely allows you to buy just the half order. i didn’t want to argue with my server but that just doesn’t make any sense. so like you just can’t order any sides? idk. all i know is i love chili’s and i was starving and now i’m leaving still starving just also irritated. my server alize was super nice but definitely overwhelmed by the amount of traffic in her section and needed help. just an extremely disappointing visit overall.

The to go food was great nice and hot and fresh, the only issue I had was with the manager David.He had a little attitude and doesn't know how to speak or how to address his guest.

I've outgrown Chillis. It was not a bad experience, however, they did not have the ingredients for a pretty standard drink. The food was ok while hot.
