The food is great but the service not so much. The waitress spent 10 minutes complaining her kids need a job and then when she saw that a couple teenagers came in, sat down and decided to leave without ordering anything, she complained that it was not gonna be a good day for her and she wouldn't get enough tips. My husband felt bad and said she can get her kids a job at a grocery store if she'd like, but she barely paid attention to him. She interrupted the conversation like she was annoyed. I get she's struggling but everyone is. Very unprofessional of her to complain to customers like that and then ignore when we give her advice. After we ordered she forgot to bring 2 items that we ordered and still came with the bill charging us for it. She never asked if our food was good and didn't apologize for anything. She just vanished after we ordered the food. No wonder she doesn't get tips. We still tipped her because we are polite and we care. The service is not good. We did not feel like she cared, even when we tried to help her. I won't come back!

I wasn't really pleased with the food options. Maybe it's what I selected. The non alcoholic beverages where good. The server we has was ok. She didn't use her name in any interactions but she was personable. Although, it was our first time. I wouldn't visit again. It just didn't do it for me personally.Kid-friendliness: I did observe a lot of children enjoying their meals. It seemed children friendly, and accommodating.

The manager was horrible food was awful and cold. I talked to Manager about it and showed him the sausage wasn't even cooked...He took $3 off my meal. Horrible service to a loyal weekly customer.Yeah, that's what's gonna happen.

1st Time Ordering "To-Go" and Will Be the Last: The customer service from Abigail was phenomenal. She was patient and showed great hospitality. The customer service was the only thing that was good. It was my first time ordering to-go and it will be my last. The food was not of quality and the price of $50+ was not worth it. I ordered the Salmon entree with broccoli and rice. The Salmon was burnt on an entire side, the broccoli had too much pepper (making it spicy), and the rice was just a spoonful (not filled to the cup size of the mini to-go bowl). The shrimp fajitas did not have sufficient shrimp for four tortillas. It is also disappointing to know that when you dine-in, the chips and salsa are included. But, to-go, you have to place an additional charge to get them. I also ordered the Rasberry tea with no ice and when I received it, yet it tasted horribly watered down- it was neither sweet nor strong in its known taste.
Lunch hour was pretty busy but my waitress was on point with my margaritas..

Going out to eat is getting crazy expensive. Went out a long had 2 drinks and an entree and it was 60 bucks before tip. The service wasn't that great waitress left me hanging for 20 mins. But the food was pretty good.
