If I could I would add 0 stars. Staff not friendly and the portions less than before. I asked for more chicken cause it was barely any on the bowl and the guy said it was extra. The vegetables even less and the rice it was barely a scoop. I added extra guacamole and the guy wanted to give me half of a scoop but I told him that if I'm paying extra then why so little. I would never come back to this location

Great protein choices for any meal. This is the place anyone can consider their go to when they want to get full full. Their new smoked brisket is amazing! Hint of spice and barbecuey

This chipotle is consistently awful. Smaller portions and less friendly employees every time. Sarcastic managers and no water or ice most of the time. Most of the employees genuinely hate being there and it’s sad to see. Cause i really like chipotle chicken

Poor customer service. Tables are dirty. they ran out of utensils and diet coke. Gives you less food than any other Chipotle I have been, especially on the meat.

Went here after a hard day at work, around 9:30pm, the line was long, but I was hungry. The food portion, i think, was too little for the price. After paying and asking for utensils, the cashier informed me that there was none. How was I going to eat, I asked, and he shrugged his shoulder saying that they had no forks or spoons. I was very disappointed and left with my order. Thank God I keep utensils in my car.

they completely forgot I ordered and left me hanging while taking other customers order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla but they didn’t even cut it in half.

There clearly has been a new manager within the last few months who is clearly destroying the greatness that this location was.

Highly advise you start walking out on orders if they arent right.

The staff here are great but clearly now work under pressure. Have seen the manager peep his little head out when portions look normal.

Ordered first time ever at chipotle tried the white black beans with barbocoa the meat was ok but the rice was hard as well as the beans beans are supposed to soft they need to tell the cook to make sure the rice and beans are cooked

Horrible they give less portions than any other chipotle and tackle you down about giving more the bowl was half empty ! It’s not worth 12-15 dollars AT all You’re better off going to pollo and get the tropi chop for $9

Damn I should have checked the reviews first. Everything everyone is saying is true. Horrible customer service. I had one person in front of me and it took 10 mins to be served let alone acknowledged. Five people behind the counter and it took another lengthy pause to have anyone come to let me pay. I was literally 3 seconds from walking out with my fully made meal sitting a foot away. Food is mediocre quality at best and I had asked the guy if the queso was spicy because I have no tolerance and he was like not at all. I can barely eat my food! Turns out the item has jalapeños in it!! It may have not been spicy for him but you should know the ingredients and advise a customer properly. Will NEVER go back to this location.

The woman preparing my order was too busy arguing with another customer and not paying attention to what I was saying. She ended up mixing up my order with someone else’s and I never got the tortilla on the side that I asked her for 3 times before she told me she knows with a nasty attitude.
