Staff is extremely Rude specially the Host/Cashier Melissa, everyone else look like they hate their job and have zero patience. The orders always come out wrong . I asked for fajita and was given raw onion and raw sweet pepper . They always miss order notes .

I ain’t coming back to this store. Gone are the days of quality customer service. Cashier who barely speaks English rudely taps on the card machine instead of saying hey your bill is $10.95 etc. and a thank you have a nice day.

I usually order for me and the kids and have always noticed the charge to be high but my last order I only ordered one burrito and when I got to the counter she charged me $23.98 for one burrito so I asked her why and she responded you got guac and extra meat and I said no it was regular and after arguing she realized I was overcharged and upon doing a credit back she charged me again $7.98 and a credit for $14.98 I was still overcharged ! Be careful with them overcharging!!!
Why did my bowl come with 5 pieces of chicken?
Very rude staff and very skimpy on the food portions. I ended up leaving. Not worth the headache

I received the worst service ever at Chipotle today. While ordering, I politely asked the server making the bowls if I could have vinaigrette to go with my bowl. Instead of responding kindly, she rudely told me, “I don’t work that area. Ask the lady in the front, not me.” This level of unprofessionalism was shocking.
I then asked her if she could put out fresh rice, as the old rice was almost finished. Once again, she responded with rudeness, saying, “This rice is going on top anyway,” and angrily slammed the spoon against the metal container while mixing the old rice with the new. I felt completely disrespected.
Her attitude was completely unacceptable. I asked for her name and believe she was named Marie, serving at 10:19 PM tonight. This was my first time at this location, and I will not be returning. Chipotle should ensure their staff is trained to treat customers with respect and professionalism. This experience has left a terrible impression, and I hope they address these issues.

The guy at the register, Ethan, was great very professional. The person who served my rice and chicken also did a good job. The issue was with the lady at the end of the line. I clearly asked for half chicken and half steak. She looked at my bowl and told me she couldn’t because I already had chicken, saying adding steak would count as a “double.” That’s completely false. I wasn’t asking for double meat I was asking for half and half, which is a normal request at every other Chipotle. It’s insane that a half-and-half bowl should suddenly jump from about $10 to $16. That makes no sense. Her attitude and refusal were unacceptable, and it ruined the entire experience. Train your staff properly or get people who understand basic customer service. Ethan and the first guy were fine the lady was not. I left angry and disappointed. This needs to be addressed immediately.

I went in at this chipotle at 11:54pm at night and I know I was going with my mindset that I had to adapt to what was left due to the time , I went ahead and I asked to see if they plain rice which at this time I knew chances are that they didn’t had due to that it was about to close, the guy that attended gives me a gesture of like disappointment and wasn’t even able to tell me “no we didn’t had” then he turned around for a good 2 to 3 minutes giving me his back and talking to the chef and asking the chef that if he wanted to take care of my order, then I asked the chef already mad because I caught on what was going on that the guy didn’t wanted to attend me and the chef was nice enough to tell the guy to make the burrito I ended up ordering , chef was nice then the lady at the cash register was nice as well and I spoke to the manager which was also nice , my point is if the guy that made my burrito didn’t wanted to work he could just easily don’t work for chipotle anymore , I understand the time and that they are tired and I own a Bussines and I know that customers aren’t always right but if I am your last customer of the day I want my crew to get you in and out with your order as fast as possible. If there is certain foods missing I understand due to the time , if he and the crew is tired I can see that , what is unacceptable is the poor customer service the guy that made my burrito gave me .

Super rude staff and uncomfortable visit. I asked for extra carnitas and the employee told me no, i offered to pay and she still said no until another worker gave me more. Then she told the cashier I asked for queso when I never got that and I got charged more. Unnecessary behavior because there wasn’t a rush at the moment.

Horrible customer service.
Mid to low grade/tier food.
I was going to be generous and just leave a 3 star with no comment or not post at all, but that would be doing a disservice to the SoFlo community.
They gate keep rice..? You can’t even ask for a fresh scoop of rice. They’ll scoop some old beige/yellowish rice on the side of the spoon and still just not give you a scoop of fresh anything even after it was just made. I didn’t say scrap the whole bowl and give me fresh stuff, I just requested a scoop of fresh rice to go with the old rice he was forcing me to get. He also had a bad attitude about it and was making bug/bulging eyes when something was just requested.
For years this chipotle has hired people (especially youth) with poor attitudes and little to no customer service skills.
Even the cashier was looking at him with a face of, “get it together.” The entire time he’s staring like he has an issue doing it. This is the wrong job for him. Why would anyone want to be made uncomfortable like this? I didn’t get his name, because I didn’t want to know it at that point. I’ll go back and speak to the manager in person.
Why is that necessary? Are they trained to gatekeep the food like this with a weird attitude?
The location down the street at 8559 is at least a bit better attitude wise.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Justin at the Chipotle in Pembroke Pines location .Even though it was really late, we came from the Memorial West hospital and he provided the best customer service . It’s hard to find people who still give their best at that hour, but Justin went above and beyond with kindness, and his attention to detail. Truly a pleasant experience — Chipotle is lucky to have him on their team!
