Every time is the same experience..really is a bad service, nothing friendly and the food every time is run out.

No ice for fountain drinks. They are next to a Publix that sells ice. Then they measured the meat in my bowl with a disposable salsa cup. First and last time at this place!

Cashier was alright. The food portions are much smaller than any other chipotle we have ever been to… look at the photo. Burrito less than a spoon.
Pros: it somewhat cleaner than other chipotles.

Today I went to pick up my order. When I walked inside, everything suddenly became chaotic employees were jumping on chairs because there was a RAT near the kitchen. I was rudely told to leave, and when I asked how to get my refund (since the app wasn’t letting me request one), the employee just said, “Online.” I explained that the option wasn’t showing up, and he yelled, “I don’t know, bro, just go online,” and even patted my shoulder to push me out.I still haven’t received my refund, and I’ve tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Just went there 11/13/25 @4:30PM. There was a rat in the kitchen.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too.

Went there on November 10th and saw a rat running across the room. Most of the people immediately left the restaurant. I will not be going back.

Previous visit to this same restaurant years earlier I saw roaches in the utensils. Place is usually dirty so I guess it should not be a surprise. Last time I will ever visit that location.

I’ve visited this Chipotle multiple times, and unfortunately, each visit has been marked by consistent issues. Ingredients are frequently missing—whether it’s white rice, pico de gallo, or spicy sauce—which is frustrating for customers.

The customer service also leaves much to be desired. On one occasion, I saw a customer leave in frustration because the staff didn’t inform anyone in line about the missing ingredients, reflecting a lack of care.

Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant is concerning. The dining area and condiment stations are often unkempt, and it’s common to find missing utensils or napkins. It’s clear there’s a lack of management and supervision.

I truly hope that someone takes action to improve this Chipotle because I love Chipotle and I know many others do as well. It’s disheartening to see how far it’s fallen. On a recent visit, I even noticed an employee casually drinking from the fountain, showing a lack of urgency and care. It almost feels like there’s a deliberate neglect, which is sad because this Chipotle used to be amazing.

In conclusion, this Chipotle is an embarrassment, and it’s disappointing to see these ongoing issues persist over the years. Goodbye Chipotle, hello Qdoba!!!

Ordered tacos and they tried to make me pay for bowls. Very rude. Left order there.

Charge me extra for stuff that I did not ask for and we’re very rude and made my day worse. Do not go to this chipotle worst decision of my life if you wanna have a good time, do not go to the chipotle trust me and try to gaslight me into paying for extra stuff that I did not order

Came to pick up my mobile order and arrived exactly at the time indicated on the app. It even said my order was ready to pick up.
I had to wait over 5 minutes before anyone asked my name for the order and there were barely any customers there around 2pm on a Saturday. I had to wait almost 20 minutes past my scheduled time to get my food.
The place was pretty dead and it's easy to see why! Also, pretty shady to report the order being filled 20 minutes before it actually was..
