I recently visited This Chipotle location and had a very disappointing experience, which is why I'm giving it a one-star rating. First off, the portions were incredibly stingy, especially with the chicken. I ordered a chicken rice bowl , and the amount of chicken they gave me was almost laughable. It felt like they were trying to save every last bit of chicken for themselves. This isn't what I expect when I'm paying for a meal that should be hearty and filling.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was far from acceptable. The tables were dirty, with leftover food and crumbs scattered everywhere. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadn't been mopped in a while. Even the soda fountain area was a mess, with spilled drinks and napkins littering the counter. It made the whole dining experience quite unpleasant, and I was worried about the overall hygiene of the place.
Overall, the combination of being stingy with the food portions and the dirty environment made this visit to Chipotle very unsatisfactory. I won't be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.

My experience at this Chipotle was completely unacceptable due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Luis. I politely asked for extra cheese, a simple and reasonable request, but instead of accommodating it, Luis immediately became rude and dismissive. He rolled his eyes, sighed loudly, and condescendingly claimed that the portion he had already given was “extra” when it clearly was not. When I calmly pointed this out, rather than handling the situation professionally, he chose to argue with me instead. Not only was he unprofessional, he did not accommodate my request and was trying to add a charge of $1.50 to my check regardless.
His attitude was not only unnecessary but completely unprofessional for someone in a management position. A manager should set the standard for customer service, yet Luis went out of his way to be disrespectful and uncooperative over something as minor as extra cheese. If this is how he treats paying customers, I can only imagine how he runs the rest of the restaurant.
I will not be returning to this location as long as Luis is in charge, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. No one should have to deal with such poor treatment at a place that is supposed to provide a welcoming environment. If I could give this 0 stars I would have.

The people who work there some times are kind of rude. The water jugs most of the time are empty and they don't care about refilling them.

Good food and giant portions. Chill with the rice boo. The manager is a trip. Store wasn't ready to open by 11am but they open at 1045. Nobody greeted me or said hello. 5 ppl came in behind me. One girl helped us all. Manager playing on his phone and ignoring everyone. The music was so loud I couldn't hear my thoughts. Thought about going outside but a bit chilly today. So dealing. Just need to ramp up customer service and be aware of what's going on around them. Manager dude in his own world. Wild stuff to watch. Never seen a chipotle portion sauces in the dining room either.

I patronized this establishment at 11:15 a.m. the manager told us that register was working and everyone would need to pay with cash. His demeanor was not unkind. I asked him how long it would be? His response I have to reboot; it could be 45 minutes, an hour, I may have to call I.T and it could be all day. I told him I did not have cash and how long does it take to reboot? He then said I already told you! It could be 45 minutes, an hour, I may have to call I.T and it could be all day. His attitude was very unprofessional. I said I heard what you said the first time but my question to you is how long does it take to reboot? He then arrogantly began to repeat himself BUT I cut him off and said I am asking you how long does it take to reboot that is my question. He then finally answered the question and said it takes 10 minutes to reboot. I said ok, I can wait 10 minutes. By the time he finished being unprofessional, difficult and arrogrant the register was operational.
He could have respectful said to everyone that I apologize but the register is currently rebooting. This will take approximately 10 minutes but we can ring up those customers that have cash.
Even though the manager or crew leader was unprofessional the food was excellent and the restaurant was clean.

Bad attention. Without desire to work and with a very bad way of serving. We arrived at 9:30 at night and everything was already set up to close when the closing time is 11pm. We will never return again

I have no idea what’s wrong with this location, but I always tend to go to the location right by Home Depot. Huge fan of chipotle but I agree with some of the reviews here the manager of that store is seen telling his employees that one scoop of rice was all you get and that any additional rice would cost extra… this was also the location where I had a piece of frosted plastic in my food. I later found out that the piece of plastic was the protection that comes when you buy a new knife it covers the edge. Ive also found bay leaves in the rice and have consistently been challenged at this location when it comes to portion size. It’s an either a hit or a heavy miss.

It is a good healthier alternative.
I love arepas, empanadas and Cuban food but I get a little tired of fried food, this food has healthier carbohydrates and is not fried food or based on so much butter.
I really liked the flavor, I ordered it through Uber Eats.

If I wanted small portions I would’ve gone to pollo tropical, bad service at this location. really small portions, all customers in line almost begging for more rice or beans. First and last time coming to this location.

One of the worst chipotle locations. Don’t know why I went there knowing this place. I never get basic options in the menu. Staff seems entitled, worst customer service. Soft drink machine never has all the drinks options available.
This location really sucks !

Been going here for over 10 years and it’s gone way down. The rice and veggies are not cooked correctly. Don’t even think about ordering for pick up because they will severely underportion it. It’s theft.
The wost customer service ever manager no help at all. The burritos r poorly made. Plus you ask for steak burritos n full rice beans no steak.
There is definitely something going on wrong at this location. I have been a recurring customer for many years on different cities, states, etc. And this one is probably the worst experience of all. I am a resident of the area for 10 years, and I have never felt so sick after eating here over the past year....every time I go here I get diarrhea...and it doesn't happen when I order on different places. This place needs to be clean and supervised or closed. My neighbor had the same or worst experience a few months ago.

WORST SERVICE EVER. They want to serve tooooo little and don’t give you time to think about what you want. The cover the bowl and you even haven’t finished about saying what else do you want.
We are the clients and pay for service. The worst costumer service.
