Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered a burrito bowl through DoorDash, meal tasted sugary like banana instead of the spices I ordered. My social media also got hacked afterwards

Went with Luciana (her first time), and she liked it a lot.... we had bowls!

She had the Chicken with Rice & Beans, I had the Brisket with Rice & Beans, that was our first time together (the first time I actually went, years ago with a good friend of mine, I had the burrito)!

So the second time we went, it was Halloween, so we got the $7 deal, and we ate the same (just not too many add-ons)!

Definitely a go to!

The fajita veggies in my burrito were uncooked. just chopped up hard pieces of green pepper and onions. very unpleasant surprise.

The steak bowl somehow came without steak. After many online attempts to rectify I finally figured out the location and called and spoke with the GM Marcelo. That guy is amazing. Totally understood my frustration and personally came and delivered the correct order! Outstanding customer service! If we all took this type of initiative the world would be a better place. Thanks again Marcelo and God bless you with your Holy desires. You are a Kingdom man!

Order food online with a pick up time of 7:50. Waited for my food until 8:25. Asked the long haired employee at the front who was checking people out for an update on my order which he continuously told me 5 minutes more for 35 minutes. Finally after I got pissed and elevated my voice a bit, the manager came all of a sudden with my food. When I asked how long it was ready for, he proceeded to tell me 5 minutes. How is my food ready for 5 minutes when I’ve been waiting for it for 35 minutes? Make it make sense!?

After I mentioned that to the manager and started to walk away with my food, the little long haired employee proceeded to rudely and disrespectfully laugh as I’m walking away. At that point, I made a quick return right back the long haired employee to ask what was so funny. Which of course, I got no response to. I guess it’s only funny when you think you’re laughing behind someone’s back.

To make matters worse, after checking my food, they also put my cold beverages on top of my food in the same bag. Why would you expedite the process of making someone’s food cold???Makes no sense!

Anyways- stay away from this location. They are fairly new and most of the staff needs to be trained again or just needs new jobs doing SOMETHING ELSE, somewhere else! If you really need to get your fix of Chipotle, take the drive to a different location even if it’s a bit further. Don’t waste your time coming to a location that doesn’t value the business.

Waited over 20 min in the pick up lane when app said food was ready. Young man had a serious attitude when he brought my food. I just mentioned that he should come let ppl know if the food was not ready. He proceeded to say they were short staffed and of i had a problem to come back after closing.

I love chipotle it’s my fav place and I never rlly do review but I went to this chipotle and I disliked it so bad the food was good and the staff were nice and helpful but it’s so unclean there was food on there floors and tables and the kitchen was also messy with food everywhere using the bathroom was difficult because we had to use a code and barely any water came out I couldn’t throw away my trash because it was filled with chipotle bags stacked on top

This Chipotle is really gross. All the tables are filthy.

Give this location a chance. If you don’t like your bowl, then you don’t have to buy it. Nobody is forcing you to pay for portions only you find unacceptable.

So glad a new chipotle opened up near me home. Went was very clean! food was good and staff were incredibly welcoming. Marcello was really nice and assisted me with everything I need.
