Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just found out they made this chipotle here and I was so happy to find that the staff and location is amazing, and everything was very clean! The staff were so kind and welcoming and thanks to the drive thru it wasn’t packed. 10/10 best chipotle i’ve been to which is why I am leaving the review.

Amazing experience out of this world. I’ve been to many chipotles but this one definitely stood out. Carlos is exceptional and the management led by Nae and Edward was just mindblowing. Every chipotle should use this experience as an example of good service. Truly greatful!!!!!

I visited Chipotle around 5:30 PM on October 13th — right in the middle of the dinner rush — and was shocked to find out they were completely out of rice. No white, no brown. When I asked about it, one of the staff members told me (with a noticeably rude attitude) that it would be a 30-minute wait.

I asked, “How am I supposed to make a bowl without rice?” and was basically told, “Well, you can wait.” No apology, no alternative offered — just attitude.

How does a Chipotle run out of rice during peak hours? That’s literally the foundation of most of the meals on the menu. Poor planning, poor customer service, and a disappointing experience overall.

Food was nothing out of the ordinary. Staff is rude and they cant even bother to show teamwork. People in the back talking while one guy does all the orders and people are on their lunch breaks waiting for their food. Not going back. I dont think the food is worth the service.

I couldn’t even finish my bowl maybe over half left,feels like I have eaten some bad meat I don’t know what it could possibly be,I’ve been sick all night,im never eating Chipotle from any of their restaurants again..im up and im still nauseous and have the worst stomach pains after eating that food last night!

Received my order 30 minutes past estimated pickup time.

This place is literally what it’s rated at.. about 3.5 stars. Food is very inconsistent. One day it’ll be amazing, the next day questionable (chewy chicken, but that’s most chipotles). Workers don’t usually seem too happy to be there, but they aren’t rude either.

when it first opened the food was so good, I would go almost every day. But I went yesterday 9/28, the portion was very good but the food was horrible I didn’t finish it and left more than half of it. As I was eating I don’t know what I bit into but it tasted like a rock of sand, it was super weird, so I threw it all away.

I also got a fountain drink and the coke was not coke it was straight water. It pissed me off!!!

Sadly I was already home because I did a take out.

But moving forward I will not be coming to this location anymore

Went in at 10:30pm(they close at 12) the employees in the back all on there phone and talking walking around and I was informed the kitchen is closed and when I looked down there was no rice at all,no chicken,basically no proteins or anything 1hour and a half before closing time and the kitchen is closed come on chipotle either fire the manager or get new employees because this is ridiculously unprofessional…I’ve worked fast food so I know how long it takes to close and clean up so please don’t give excuses for unprofessional and bad time management please make changes you are losing hundred if not thousands of dollars do to this I just saw more then 5 customer leave in the span of writing this CHIPOTLE MAKE CHANGES!

The young lady that waited on me was courteous, kind, and very nice. Food is very good and fresh.

Delicious veggie burrito bowl, large portion. Meats are not that great.

I got my typical order and the young man making my food was amazing and super kind. But in the middle of my order he got called away and was scalded like a toddler. I’m not sure of the female workers name, but she knows who she is and shame on you for doing that to the young man.

I went to pick up my order, and the cashier said it wasn’t ready, even though she had more than six orders ready behind her. She made me wait for over 20 minutes, until I asked someone else(I think it was the manager) and he gave me my order right away.

This is the worst Chipotle. The workers are lazy and if you go through the drive thru, the portions are a quarter of the serving. Stay away!
