Food was excellent atmosphere was great but customer service was horrible, before finishing our last meal we didn't ask for the check, they brought it themselves and picked up everything including the fortune cookies, they were basically telling us to leave, never coming back again.

I loved the place. I came with my family and as picky as they are everyone liked the place. We all voted to come back. The staff was great. They have it together. The place was busy when we came and they cleaned and sat us right away. A very well-organized place. The staff was also nice. The food looked so good. The place was clean and well-stocked with food. I tried the salad bar. I liked the options and what I had tasted fresh. The restaurant has a good variety of different things. The sushi was delicious, and the soups tasted good. I enjoyed what I ate. It is a restaurant we will come back. I liked how well organized it was and value we got for the meal we ate.

Best chinese buffet I’ve been to so far. The food tastes really good and everything is hot. They have a great variety. Desserts and ice creams are yummy! It’s a bit further from me, but totally worth the drive. They do charge half the price for kids though, which is different than others I’ve been to.

I love the food because it's always fresh, plentiful, and there are always several options. The cooks take care of keeping the counters full. I go often and we also celebrate there, but even though I love the food, I give it three stars for several reasons; on the weekends it's very crowded, although the staff does everything possible to speed up the line, and that involves harassing people to leave quickly. Sometimes, you haven't even taken a plate from the table and the waitresses already bring the check and stand there staring as if harassing you to leave quickly. On another occasion, the host, a young Hispanic woman, wanted to put me at a table for 6 when there were 9 of us, and even though I asked her to give me another table that was empty, she didn't want to, and she gave me a horrible attitude. I asked to see the manager, and she didn't want to... until I managed to get ahold of the manager, who very kindly moved us without any problem. On the last occasion a male waiter demanded that I leave him a certain amount of tip, more than I had given him. When I told him no and that it was not right for him to demand that from me, he got angry and told me that he worked too hard to receive that amount with a horrible attitude. So yes, the place is good but the staff sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

Discrimination. Bad attention at check-in from the girl who receives you. There is no cordiality. Very bad accompaniment to choose the table and sit down. Everything is very dirty, the tables, the chairs to sit on are not cleaned, the plates, dirty glasses and dirty utensils, there are cockroaches and in the bathroom hallway there is rat poop. The City should inspect and close this site. Don't be impressed by the images because they are a farce.

I just left the Chow Time restaurant located in Pines, the food was super bad, the crab and the sushi are rotten, the cream cheese on the sushi is sour, the macaroni and cheese was also terrible, I ordered a hot tea and it had dirt at the bottom The attention was also very rude. I do not recommend this restaurant at all, go to other buffets. When I complained what they did was laugh in my face and send me Hibachi sushi...I just hope I don't get poisoned by so much rot.
