Churromania Pembroke Lakes Mall

Couldn’t believe my experience at churromania last Friday. I’ve been going to this churromania for years and never had an encounter like this. I asked Ms. Jocelyn to ADD A WATER and when I wasn’t given one I asked for it and she gave it to me. She then rudely said “I know what you did” and left. I realized she didn’t hear me when I ordered and never charged me the water and believed I was trying to steal. I told her I would pay for it and then began accusing me of robbing the water bottle behind her back on some cameras? Extremely ridiculous behavior, very disappointed in churromania, do better.

I have Eating churros here before and all in other places and this time they taste and smell horrible . We let the lady know and she didnt believe us. We didnt want the money back but her response back was not the best

I explained to cashier that I wanted to order churros with dulce de leche nothing else. For my surprise she added sugar with a charge. When I explained her that I only wanted churros with dulce de leche. I don't think is fair for the client to get charge extra for something that you didn't want. I took the churros because they were already made. I don't think I will be buying from this location anymore. Churros had to much sugar, it tasted too sweet.

We ordered the bucket of Churro bites with dulce de leche. They were ok, could be much better with other brand of dulce de leche.
But overall, it was tasty and the service was great.
