Went there with my son yesterday. Don’t know how this place gets 4 starts. Had a bad impression from the minute I walked in . Sat by the bar area. Place looks dirty. They serve chips and salsa. I’ve never had a salsa like this. Tasteless , seemed like blended tomatoes. With nothing else. Ordered tacos al carbon. No taste either. Tortillas were fridge cold. Being a Mexican place I asked for hot sauce. No hot sauce . The young lady brought me some green chiles. That was the only thing that was warm. But it wasn’t hot sauce either. Hope you guys get it together. Will not visit again.

I've only ordered enchiladas and fajitas, and you can't really go wrong with either. Kudos to the Sunday manager. He made the experience right for me when an employee dropped the ball. Good customer service.

Chuys the best of the best Tex Mex in the south Florida area. We used to go to the Doral Location in 2018-2020 they closed during Covid. So we had to go when we visited Orlando. And then they opened the Pembroke Pines and have been coming here since. The service is 100%, Sofia is awesome. She is now a manager. And Albert and Carlos are the best waiters they have. The attention to detail is outstanding!! And the food starting with the chicken panchos to the Fajitas the steak is a steak not just pieces of meat with a whole lot of onions and peppers like most Mexican restaurants. I have a well known Mexican restaurant 3 miles from my house and I prefer to drive 10 mins to Chuys!!! For the food and the service! We love Chuys!!!

Chuys was fantastic. Ill be honest I dont like spicy food and really not to fond of Mexican food when I have eaten it in the past its kind of tasteless. But at this location called Chuys I had a tortilla soup, hard shell beef taco and the chips and salsa which you have to try the ranch and jalapeño. The server was amazing super cheer full and helpful. Definitely going back. And I would recommend anyone i know and who ever reads this to go and try it out you won't be disappointed.
