It’s a shame service and atmosphere would be great but I can see why it’s usually empty. I gave them a try when they first opened and didn’t like now that they have been around again once more gave them a try had a steak quesadilla and it was super spicy with bad seasoning. Not coming back again… They need to improve and seasoning of the food for being a Tex mex they are doing poorly

Love the original in Austin TX, and this one is not quite up to par, but not terrible. The food is good but the service was underwhelming at best on a slow Sunday late afternoon. Also, I remember the salsa being A LOT spicier than they offered which was disappointing.

The food is just OK. Moving here from Texas I was expecting the same consistency in the food as all the CHUY’S I went to in Texas. The flautas here are flavorless. The beef tacos are extra dry. The only thing that’s the same and I will continue coming here for is the queso. Oh and the jalapeño ranch is awesome as well.

Went earlier today for take out. The lady who served me was great but i couldn’t keep my mind off the general manager as he was screaming at young girl.. very unprofessional and sad. It is not how you should treat your employees. the food was cold and dry
All I'm gonna say is y'all better check your bills to make sure they're right because they tryed getting me.
The lower grade is mostly for the flavor in the food. It is on the blander side and not truly Mexican in its spices and seasoning. If you struggle with we’ll seasoned or spicy food then this could be an option for you

We love Chuys, ever since we moved from Texas, this has been our go-to Mexican place. The service is hit or miss... but the food is delicious!

Good experience, but it could have been great.
Waitress wasn't having a good day it seemed 😕. Didn't introduce herself nor checking on us.
The food did come out good and that's what matters. We tried the chicken flautas and ground beef enchiladas with ranchero sauce. A Margherita and beer to wash it off.

The food is great. But they suck at putting an order together for DoorDash delivery. Every time they miss something on my order they are getting a 1 star. Everyone else should do the same. It’s not that hard to get an order right.
Chuy's Tex-Mex in Pembroke Pines is an alright spot for a casual meal. The food is tasty, with all your Tex-Mex favorites, but nothing that’ll blow you away. Service is fine—nothing exceptional but definitely friendly. It’s a solid choice if you're craving some Tex-Mex and don't want to go too far!
