I just asked for a new box of cinnabons since there was one box left out, and they appeared dry.. Once i asked for a new box I received attitude from the young man working the register instead of acknowledging my request. I do not pay for attitude, i pay for something id like to consume. One star since i can not put zero. Customer service should be prioritized

Didn’t let me use my coupon, because “you they don’t do promotions only out stores like broward mall.” Terrible experience, and lost my coupon that I redeemed, and they kept saying the same thing over and over again not even a coupon or free item terrible.

I just bought 4 Cinnabons today that were pre packaged. I asked the girl if they were fresh, she said they were made this AM . They are dried out and stale.

Unfortunately, this business does not value the time of their patrons. Their hours are 11-8, not 10-9. We’re not expected to guess what times certain business in the mall are open until. The first time I spent 20 mins drive, gas, money to get here, I waited an addtl. half hour because they weren’t open yet. Waste of time, but fine. The second time I drove 20mins one way to eat here, I could not get served. I had to turn around and head 20mins home with no food.The first time this happened, I requested they inform their management. The employees aren’t responsible for this mistake. Nothing changed since then, so here- hold this L.

If i can put a Zero star i would .I just got the worst sevice in this location. Cashier is ok except the So called assistant manager that telling me how their system works and that told me after a previous customer used a valid coupon that their system is not allowing them to take coupons. Is it my fault that their system is not working and it happens tobe my turn to pay?Not even apologizing he just keeps yapping and keeps repeating himself over and over where i said already that if the system is not working at the moment then my coupon is valid why wouldn't they honor it. It's my first y time here and it will be the last.

I hate that I love this place so much, but I do. It's pretty much the only reason I come to this mall, and though the line is usually quite long, there's nothing quite like a fresh cinnamon bun, even more so paired with a pretzel and a fresh lemonade from the same location.
