Thank you Susan and the entire crew at Club 19 at the Pembroke Lakes country club. My daughter‘s bridal shower brunch was an absolute success. The food was delicious. The service was wonderful. Everything was just perfect. Bruce and Tim were great Mary and the girls were wonderful. Thank you again for such a beautiful memorable event! Susan, you are a doll such a pleasure to work with and thank you for guiding me and helping me plan such a beautiful day for my daughter.
Yesterday i celebrated my retirement party at Club 19 and it was amazing. The venue was great, the workers were so accommodating and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Susan Fowler for making the event effortless and making sure I had what I needed. They set up the room with my decorations and it was beautiful. Family and Friends had an amazing time and they couldn’t say enough about how great the venue and food was. So thank you Club 19 for making my retirement party...
On a Monday I attended an 8:30am breakfast meeting. The scrambled eggs were undercooked. The guest’s faces showed their displeasure and they passed on the undercooked liquid eggs. I was told by staff that they intended the eggs to be finished cooking via the stereo. ???? When sitting down I noticed my chair was broken and wobbled. Another guest mentioned Club 19 “has been like this lately”.
