If you order from here on a Friday night be prepared to wait. My order was supposed to be done by 6:50pm and it was ready until after 7pm. A lady in the store said she had ordered over an hour ago and was still waiting.
Despite waiting I was able to add garlic rolls which was nice. But my order contained two pizzas one BBQ chicken and a cheese… and this is now the cheese pizza came.
So glad they checked my pizza before giving it to me. Something so simple came so messed up.

Coley’s pizza was my favorite place to get pizza and has been for years. I’m not sure if management changed or what happened to the Coley’s I used to know and love. The past three times I have ordered delivery it has been frustrating and disappointing.
The 1st and 2nd time I placed online orders for pizza here, I was messages by the delivery drivers that they did not have hot bags for the pizza and could not deliver my pizza. I had to call the store and ask the store to have someone deliver the pizza. Both times I was told by an employee who answered the phone that they use a third party to deliver the pizza. I asked when my pizza would arrive and was put on hold for 5 minutes each time and then told my pizza would arrive shortly. In both of those cases the pizza was already cold by the time it got to me.
Tonight is the last night I order from Coleys. I placed an online order and at least didn’t have to call to ensure someone was actually going to deliver the pizza. However, when I opened the door to retrieve my pizza; the person delivering the pizza was holding the box vertically. Every single slice of pizza was on top of each other and crushed.
I had so many positive memories ordering and enjoying the pizza from this restaurant. It is truly saddening to see how far Coley’s has fallen.

Careful when you order when it’s busy. If they have you on hold for 10 minutes to make an order then anticipate a wait x10 that. I ordered 4 simple pizzas and it took nearly 2 hrs for some reason that they wouldn’t tell me. I’m guessing they gave it away to another person or forgot to put it in the oven until I came to pick it up. What ever the reason, my wings were also cold by the time I got them home because it took them so long to make the pies. Not coming back, bridge burned. Easier to pick up something at Publix and cook it if I’m going to wait nearly 2 hrs.

I have been ordering from Coley's Pizza for many years. The food and service is always great. However, it's how they treat their employees is a problem. They hire young boys and girls, in-high school or right out of high school. They communicate with their staff via SnapChat. For those not familiar with SnapChat, is a chat app on your phone that erases any record of the messages after they are viewed. Whey would anyone use a tool that erases message to manage their staff? I don't know, but the only reason I can think of is to avoid having any record of any communication. I have also heard form multiple former employees, that management doesn't share the credit card tips with employees. That is illegal.

I waited about 23 minutes for just two slices of pizza and a soda, and when I finally got it, the pizza was cold. I don’t understand why there was such a long wait if the pizza wasn’t even warm. It was really disappointing — especially since it should have been quick and fesh

I placed an order at Coley's Pizza for Sunday football, hoping for a solid meal to enjoy during the game.
Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza (requested well done) and wings (wanted well done with extra sauce) through their website, along with some celery and a few other items. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown.
The pizza arrived significantly undercooked, far from the crispy, well-done crust I asked for. The wings were equally disappointing--dry, with no extra sauce as requested, and the bones were brittle, suggesting they were old. To top it off, the celery I ordered was nowhere to be found, and several other items I requested were missing from the order.
It seemed like the young staff working that day might not have been paying much attention, which could explain the oversights.
Overall, the meal was underwhelming and honestly undesirable. Based on this experience, I'll be passing on ordering from Coley's Pizza in the future.

This place is fantastic!I stopped in there on Saturday and everything about it was just great!Customers were fun,the staff there,everyone was just great energy to be around.Our pizza was amazing,and I believe it was made by a newly hired employee.Her name is Nicole and I just have to say that I have not had a better experience at any pizza place around.Her attitude,her customer service,her pizza?? Let's just say it was a breath of fresh air here in Florida.Simply an amazing experience we will be back!!!Please,if you get a chance to stop here,DO SO!!
