We loved our brownie and red velvet blizzards.Past ownership:Adequate Dairy Queen location but refuses to participate in any DQ promotions or app service so you cannot get good value or take advantage of any deals. They just take advantage of the commercial traffic and laugh when you try to redeem.

Greeted with a straight face and attitude. I asked for cookie dough but got Oreo and then got mean mugged the entire time so I felt like I couldn’t even ask them to fix it.

My wife and I went in and asked for a Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard with our order. When I got my Blizzard it didn't have any of the mix-ins it was supposed to have. Naturally I ask for one of the workers to please fix the Blizzard. This worker just had a terrible attitude. She exuded it when she began to take our order but then tried to argue with me when I asked her to fix an order I had already paid for. Customers shouldn't be made to feel the way we did. We have half a mind to call in whenever there's manager and ask that she be spoken with because her attitude was terrible. We will probably not be coming back to this DQ. Customer service is most of the job and this worker was one of two present, and her interactions and attitude were unacceptable.

Quickly fast in a hurry when I found out that they are under new management. For over a year ago new management bought DQ and since no longer serves any flavored ice creams. No pistachio, no 3-flavor Napoleon chocolate/vanilla & strawberry, Butter pecan fudge, marble, not any sherberts, fudge, caramel, black cherry, banana, rocky road, pralines in cream, cookies n cream, TOTALLY NO FLAVORED ICE CREAM!! They only serve soft-serve ice cream ? ?. Still have original Dairy Queen ice cream cakes, milkshake Fries, and banana splits, cookies, Hotdogs. I was shocked omg ?? , There was NO FLAVORED ICE CREAM only soft serve. What is this world coming to if you don't have Dairy Queen's variety flavored ice creams? #IceCreamSadness ??????

January 27 2024 I called the store to speak to a manager a young girl answered the phone and told me the manager was not on shift which is very unsafe and is ringing lawsuit all over the store so I ask can I get contact information for the manager she said there not allowed to give the manager number out and to call in the morning but they should at the least and a store work email so people can get in contact with the manager, and all I just wanted to know do they need a experienced cake maker/decorator but I dont know what to think about the situation/ interaction
It's been a long time since I was ever at a dairy Queen. The hotdog did taste great, by the way. Ice cream there was a nice end to the day, standing in the parking lot together to rest it was a little nostalgic :)

The wife and I wanted to take our son to have his first vallina ice cream cone ? which he loved of course, what kid doesn't love ice cream. The customer service was great ? and we didn't have to wait in a long line, they took care of us right away, definitely will come back to enjoy some more ice cream treats, thank you.Parking: Plenty of parking available.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place.
