When someone orders online, read the fkn ticket, I ordered a pan pizza to be WELL DONE , and you barely cooked it
Answer the phone. They were not understanding, that I waited a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to medium pizzas
I was charged $30 dollars in 5 minutes, but waited 1 hour and five minutes to get my food and go home after a 18 hour day at work. I'm not Happy at all with my service. At least, have someone who would be able to speak to a customer with a complaint
(store # 5114) I had placed an online order at 7:53pm. The delivery person entered my gate at 8:29pm. They marked my order delivered at 8:36 and so I called the location right away to let them know that no one had arrived. The gentleman who answered told me that the driver must have just been confused, would be at my residence soon. I asked that he call the driver to confirm, he put me on hold and came back a minute later and said the driver was "on his way to you right now"....read full review
