This location was ok but they give me a cheese pizza with anchovies when it was suppose to be reg cheese for my autistic son and this set him on a serious melt down called the store complained and still not resolution i want a refund .

The worst service, rude staff, 39 minutes waiting and then they tell me that I must wait another 30 minutes, I asked for my money back and the cashier simply told me that in 3 days she will return the money to my account, I will not return to that place Never, I don't recommend it and the worst thing is the rudeness of everyone who works in that place

We where waiting around an hour for a single pizza and we asked for a refund because it was ent even baked yet so now the I have to wait 3 days to get my money back what a mess of place and the workers really don’t care about the custom service never coming back here

Today we ordered a pizza due to the delay of more than 30 minutes, we asked and the answer was that it was not even on the preparation list and that it would take another half hour and that they would simply refund our money, there is no one to solve it, anyone to give a solution or apologies , terrible service, surely they will lose more and more customers this way

Worst experience I've had at this location. The tracker said my order was complete. My brother when to pick up and it was not. He waited OVER 30 MINUTES before the order was complete. While he waited the 2 girls workers spent the whole time talking laughing and cursing loudly. Totally unprofessional. They didn't care who heard. After my brother came home with the 2 pizzas we realized they gave us the wrong order. my pizza was great. his had bacon. He's vegetarian. We threw it away. I would love to speak to the owner of this location.

I had a birthday party for my son where I used a coupon that was $9.99 for 5 or more LARGE 1 topping pizzas. I received them and we all noted that they looked small. We realized that they were, in fact, MEDIUM pizzas by the large “M” that was in bold in the corner. I decided to accept it and move on, glad that I had more than enough food options.

The following day I decided to call and have it noted that they had gotten my order wrong, expecting them to credit me the difference. Well the manager insisted that they were large because he made them himself. I was really at a loss for words because it sucks to be called a liar over a couple bucks. I don’t need the credit, perhaps just some better service. I hung up and vowed to order from Papa John’s from now on.

Something like this happened before when we never received our dessert brookie.

They put 4 chicken wings in my order of 16. I spent 20 minutes on the phone until they helped me and told me that to solve the problem they would give me 8 wings at no cost. When I returned to the store they told me that they could only give me the 4 that were missing from the order. Even knowing that they had told me on the phone that there would be 8. The person who told me did so in an unprofessional manner, turning his back on me when I tried to explain the situation.

Terrible attention and attitude, I lost my 60 points reward for a free pizza, it was a glitch in the app and the order went to another store far from the one I usually use. The manage did not fix the issue( he was too busy) and did not honor my points. Not worthy to use their services.
