Customer Service was below expectations. Communication was poor and the experience was frustrating. The wait time for a pastry and coffee was ridiculous. I would not recommend.

This place had gone downhill. The cakes prices keep going up, but they can't even put happy birthday on thr cakes nor can they give you the cake in a box, rather than plastic. The women there seem so unhappy, it's like they're doing you a favor for being there. Terrible atmosphere, and will get a cake at any other place in the future.

The place is nice and clean but be aware to never ever buy one single hallaca from this place. I took the bad decision to order 10 on Thanksgiving day and my whole family and i had to throw them away!
The worst hallaca I ever had in my 55 years of life!
Terrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude and is not helpful to the customers. Never coming back.

Very disappointed. It should be called little Venezuela instead of Don Pan. No one speaks English. You talk to the cashier in English and she answers in Spanish. Ok fine you don’t speak the language. I asked for a cappuccino. It was something white that looked like milk with zero coffee. The food I asked for had nothing to do with what I expected. I’ve been to other Don pan’s and this one has nothing to do with the original bakery. I’ll make sure to never come here again.

Have ordered from here before with no issue. Ordered breakfast today and this is what we get? Cold ham and eggs and no cheese, with everything falling apart. Last time we order from here

I love the coffee there . When i go , I opt for the macchiato or cortado. Their pasteries are mouth savoring. I would go everyday.

I don’t understand why this bakery/branch sells old pastries. I ordered a cheesecake and for the taste and texture I assume it had several days in there.

Disappointing Experience and Poor Quality
I had high hopes for Don Pan in Pembroke Pines, but unfortunately, everything was quite disappointing. We ordered a cachapa to eat there, and while the cheese was tasty, the cachapa itself had a strange texture—almost like it had been frozen.
The rest of the food didn’t improve the experience. The tequeño and ham cachito were terrible, lacking both flavor and freshness. We also ordered desserts to go—a milhojas and an opera cake—and both tasted rancid. Unfortunately, I had to throw them away. The sweet bread we took home was hard on the outside, though the inside had an acceptable texture. The passion fruit juice was very watered down and bland.
On top of that, the floor was noticeably dirty.
The only pleasant part of the visit was the customer service—the staff was kind and attentive. Sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor quality of the food and overall experience.
