Dunkin'

It’s really inconvenient that online orders aren’t ever on. Also, Not sure when they switched the workers out but they need to get new ones that work efficiently… everyday there’s two people on the register taking the same order from one customer. They have one guy working in the back and he’s so slow at making things out of order. One should be helping get food ready not yapping in the front. When you ask a question about your order there’s an attitude. The lines get long but never move usually it doesn’t take that long to take orders but having two people doesn’t make sense.

I come to this dunkin all the time. Amber usually helps me. She is super nice and professional. It gets pretty busy, but they always handle it well. This is my go to spot. Highly recommend!

The workers here are what makes this Dunkin great. Even when they're slammed, they get your order right, give great customer service, and prepare the food really well. I love this Dunkin.

Love this place can't go wrong. Obviously if your gonna go in the morning it's gonna be extremely busy. But I get my food and the things I want in a reasonable time. Don't get mad at the workers. They try their best and work hard. I'd give a 5 stars if they got more help. And if the parking was better

I come here and order the same thing every week and my drink always tastes AMAZING but today I noticed there was a dead bug on the inside of the lid of my iced coffee?This is the only time there’s been a problem with how long I’ve been coming here but Im still grossed out about the bug in my cup.

I get coffee everyday and i would think by now they would get my coffee right. But its usually good, but sometimes since i usually go in the drive thru i think they just make it how they want, which is whatever way is easiest. Other than that, no complaints.

Best DD branch in Pembroke Pines!

A bit hard to find, but a favorite spot at the school. The staff is great! Great drinks and as long as you treat them with respect the service is lovely :) the food is kinda definitely subpar and they're usually missing a lot, but hopefully that won't be a problem anymore when it comes time to open back up again!! Also usually pretty quiet if you come in at a good time so it's a good place to get a drink and get a project done

Food was Luke warm.. and no dumplings in my soup and the top has a sticker that says \\\"caution \\\" not hot at ALL.
