I just came to live in Pembroke Pines, I bought an Americano coffee and they poured glue into my glass. It tasted like a sack, that's why I threw it in the trash.

Good service, but could use some additional and proper chairs for counter height counter
2 Chairs for high counter and both are missing the step up, this is a fall waiting to happen

I placed the order online. Went there at the time of pickup and nothing was ready. Tried telling 4 of them that my order was not there on the pickup shelf, no one understood. Walked to the counter and had this very nice customer who helped me because obviously no one spoke English there. Not to mention the worker in black polo shirt took my phone while trying to tell the other worker to make my coffee. Who does that? My phone is my personal item and if you wanted to look at my online order, ask me and type it down on your computer, not taking my phone with private informations and walk around ordering someone to make my order. Waited for my coffee and they got my order wrong. From a medium size americano turned into a small size of coffee with cream. Again, she took my phone with my order and still got it wrong. The same nice lady helped translating into Spanish to the worker. When I tried to make sure they got my order right, the same worker in black replied rudely back. If you knew my order in the first place, it wouldn’t be missing or wrong. I would give a ZERO star to the service if I could. Horrible service mind and so rude.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant for pickup, I come back to my job just to find out that there’s no bacon in the sandwich that I PAID to have bacon in but I can’t go back now because of my limited meal time! Order at the other Dunkins in pines not this one!!

This location is absolutely horrible especially when it comes to service. On two occasions I’ve come here and the staff don’t listen when taking your order. I was given an iced coffee one morning when I clearly asked for a hot coffee, when I asked them to correct it the lady behind the counter snatched the coffee and began speaking in Spanish saying I ordered it that way; I couldn’t even believe how rude they were. Today against my better judgement I placed a curbside order, I checked in and realized I had been sitting in the designated spot for over 15 minutes. When I went inside my order was sitting on the counter with a pink receipt that clearly read CURBSIDE. I hate that this is the closest location to me but I’m officially done with them and their horrible attitudes. The owner needs to invest in training the staff on customer service and quality assurance. Don’t waste your time here if you just want coffee and donuts without a side of attitude.

0 starCannot believe this dunkin donut. I order my items online just for them to try to prepare it 10-15mins later after they was done talking and on their phone. I cancel the order and ask for a refund. NO ONE KNOW how to work the register. They CANNOT give me my refund. They cannot do anything until tomorrow when the MANAGER Come in. The older short lady didn't even try to help and been working there more than a year. Also she spoke English to take someone else order but she couldn't help me cause she didn't speak English don't make sense. The tall Spanish guy started to watch a video on how to do a refund in front of me for another 6 minutes. No one wanted to call a manager for help. He kept telling me he can't give me my money so there's nothing else for me unless I want my order. This is insane! This is the new Dunkin Donuts??? I don't have my money and don't have my food basically I have just been robbed I am highly upset with this type of customer service. This should be a crime

The person by the name of Aidan should not be serving customers anything. He does not acknowledge customers when they come in and does not have the decency to let u know when ur order is ready he just left it on the counter without letting u knw if it's ur order. Ppl like this are so bad for business. I guess this is how he was trained to treat customers as he is very comfortable doing it and this is not the 1st time I've been here and see it. Will take by hard earned money to Starbucks as I really don't trust him serving my coffee

Our Dunkin' over at Pembroke Pines hooks ya up with iced coffee that'll cool ya down faster than a dip in the Gulf on a hot August day, but, shoot, the morning drive-thru line's longer than the queue for Space Mountain at Disney. Plus, their Boston Creme donuts are sometimes as scarce as snowfall.

They accidentally charged me for the wrong amount and I confirmed twice before paying that the discount would be applied. Once I swiped my card and they said yes turns out they were wrong and they charge me a lot more than they were supposed to and when I pointed it out to them, they said that they can’t do anything about it they can’t give me a refund. They can’t give me the difference back and they can’t even give me an extra donut to compensate for the amount that they incorrectly charge me They just constantly kept saying that the managers the only one that can make this right and they’re not available terrible customer service do not go to this location ever
