This location is acceptable but does not meet the usual Dunkin' standards. The staff could be friendlier, but my order was prepared quickly. I believe that additional staff training would greatly improve this location.

This location is terrible at making drinks. It tastes like I'm drinking hot water. The workers need better training. Will not be returning. There are better Dunkin Donuts in the area than this one, where the workers know how to make drinks.

I barely ever come into this location because whenever I get my coffee the woman behind the counter who predominately speaks only Spanish has a problem with me asking for Stevia Sugar. Today I went in after 5 months of not coming to this location because of this reason. I got my coffee and went to add my sugar and saw there was no Stevia so I politely asked her if I could please have some Stevia and she flat out with an attitude said “we don’t have that we don’t have anymore” so I proceeded to tell her the green packet you don’t have anymore?? She still replied “yes” not knowing that I can see with my own eyes a whole display FULL of stevia. I said “you have some right there” to which she was shocked I could see it. I’m never going to this location or Dunkin period. You want to give me a hard time over a couple of packets of sugar. I cannot stand this location and won’t be coming back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Went just now with my baby asked the cashier up front for a spoon and she answered NO with a nasty bad attitude when I told her back oh you have a nasty attitude she answered thank you! I’m sorry what ?? First off how do you not have a spoon she just clearly did not want to give me one, second it was for my baby!! This employee needs to be evaluated this is not customer service and she clearly does not want to be working here. Will not be coming back here!!!

Unsanitary! I left after seeing the employee handling the trash to then “wash her hands” with ONLY water to then attempt to complete my order. When I asked her to please wash her hands properly, she got upset and refused stating that she used soap. This location needs attention
