The person by the name of Aidan should not be serving customers anything. He does not acknowledge customers when they come in and does not have the decency to let u know when ur order is ready he just left it on the counter without letting u knw if it's ur order. Ppl like this are so bad for business. I guess this is how he was trained to treat customers as he is very comfortable doing it and this is not the 1st time I've been here and see it. Will take by hard earned money to Starbucks as I really don't trust him serving my coffee

Our Dunkin' over at Pembroke Pines hooks ya up with iced coffee that'll cool ya down faster than a dip in the Gulf on a hot August day, but, shoot, the morning drive-thru line's longer than the queue for Space Mountain at Disney. Plus, their Boston Creme donuts are sometimes as scarce as snowfall.

They accidentally charged me for the wrong amount and I confirmed twice before paying that the discount would be applied. Once I swiped my card and they said yes turns out they were wrong and they charge me a lot more than they were supposed to and when I pointed it out to them, they said that they can’t do anything about it they can’t give me a refund. They can’t give me the difference back and they can’t even give me an extra donut to compensate for the amount that they incorrectly charge me They just constantly kept saying that the managers the only one that can make this right and they’re not available terrible customer service do not go to this location ever

Food is to be expected. On brand. However, the staff is not friendly (almost looks annoyed when I asked a question) and they are constantly shouting. Also, I sat inside and there were a lot of fruit flies or gants? all over. I killed 4 while I was sitting there eating my food but had to leave because there were so many.

They are disrespectful and not polite please hire nicer people who can respectfully take your order without complaining. The problem is I always order bacon eggs and cheese on a plain bagel toasted dark 2old fashion doughnuts and a large hot french vanilla coffee I always say NO MILK NO Sugar but they always add milk and sugar and the bagel isn't toasted dark Im a really friendly guy and respectful no disrespect but the language is a

Horrible experience with the two ladies who just served me. If i can give 0 stars I would! I asked for a frozen coffee and they gave me iced. Told them I asked for frozen and she proceeded to tell me I said iced. They are spanish speaking like myself who is bilingual and she just did not understand me. I asked if it was possible to change for what I asked for frozen and was told no. Will never return to this location again! Horrible customer service!
