I work for a retailer nearby and every Black Friday for 4 years I have placed large orders for pick up at 5 am. I’ve never had an issue until this year. My order was started after I came to pick it up. Even though I placed and paid my order 3 days ago. The staff was extremely slow and wouldn’t stop talking long enough to get the order together. To the point where they didn’t remember my order or could find my order. I could’ve walked away with twice what I needed and they wouldn’t know the better. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This location has lost my business.

This location is a nightmare the staff is rude the men's room had no tissue of any kind, no soap. Was unclean from entry this facility does not uphold the standards of Dunkin. The worst experience i have ever had at DDs. One of the woman talked trash in Spanish not knowing im Latin and understood everything she said. Which made it even worse.

I love this Dunkin but ONLY drive thru ! The older lady in the front who’s name tag says Jodi is a bit rude and hard of hearing tbh I told her my order twice and had to show her my phone … when I asked for cold foam she told me hold on I guess she was typing my order idk but when she handed my coffee no col foam and I didn’t feel like arguing with her, terrible experience ! I remember her from when I moved her 3 year ago and she hasn’t changed she was rude than lol that’s how I remember her lol the drive through people are super friendly the young girl and guy are always super polite and always say have a nice day or something friendly but ms Jodi just ruins going inside for me

I went inside to order and the staff made zero eye contact, I waited for ten minutes to order even though I was the only customer inside. Since no attempts were made to take my order, I asked the employee and she said I should go to the drive through. I guess this was my sign not to order from this location, if they have such little regard for customers, I don't want them making my food.

Worst DD store I have ever gone to. Service sucks, slow and rude workers. They give you whatever they feel like giving you. Really had to call corporate on them today because this has happened too often. Ordered cinnamon bagel with butter and jelly they gave me plain bagel and no jelly, ordered sandwich they had no cheese. I am paying for my food and should get what I paid for and then giving me attitude as a bonus. lol. Crazy people.
Can’t get anything right they switched the donuts on you. They don’t toast the avocado toast. They just wanna get by and get you out of that line in a minute. Terrible service can’t count money thank you very much.
