Worst DD store I have ever gone to. Service sucks, slow and rude workers. They give you whatever they feel like giving you. Really had to call corporate on them today because this has happened too often. Ordered cinnamon bagel with butter and jelly they gave me plain bagel and no jelly, ordered sandwich they had no cheese. I am paying for my food and should get what I paid for and then giving me attitude as a bonus. lol. Crazy people.

Stood inside for 10 mins at register not even a greeting . So bad that the lady behind me had to ask if they even spoke to me . I guess because I don’t speak Spanish , to hell with even speaking or acknowledging a customer whether you are busy or not . I eat DD almost every morning. Though this isn’t my every morning DD I am familiar with this one and decided to go here this morning! BIG MISTAKE! The service is absolutely horrible! The older lady is EXTREMELY RUDE for no reason! When paying she doesn’t even look at you or acknowledge you. She handed me my drinks and as I’m putting them down she waving the donut in a rush for me to grab them. My gosh… only to get to work and realize there’s one small piece of bacon on my sandwich! It’s literally an egg and cheese sandwich atp! My sister called and said when she opened hers it was only bacon crumbs! Just WOW!

And I won’t return if you don’t like your job there are many options beyond DD ! Trust me !!!!!!! Their vibes threw everything off for me !

I love Dunkin’, but the service that we received today was atrocious. I understand that we live in South Florida and bilingual workers are an absolute need. However, this lady’s english was so poor, it was near impossible to order with her. We initially placed our order at the intercom and when we proceeded to the window she legit asked for our order again. Did not understand anything we were asking. When we eventually got another server, we got somewhere but she still messed up the order. Terrible service
