The food is always good. Today the guy running the store was amazing, helping all of his customers including me with a smile and great energy. he made my order perfect. thank you! 12/2 2pm

I really like D&D – they are always delicious. I don’t go there very often, but whenever I do, I’m satisfied with the quality. Sometimes the service can be a bit lacking, but it’s never a big issue. Overall, a place I enjoy and would recommend.

Such a poor management team. There is a Hispanic lady who work there night shift, got tattoo, blonde hair and full of rings in her fingers.
She need to fix her attitude and tone towards talking to customers.
Shows lack of professionalism or customer service skills.
I went to drive thru ordered hot latte a medium size and ask her politely to fill the cup to the top ,since i mentioned no foam even i am willing to pay extra money for it.
She directly said No i can’t do neither we are supposed to do.
This is not first time i am ordering from dunkin, and she was teaching me what they are supposed to do and not. Very funny.

The management at Dunkin Donuts should ensure the safety and peace-of-mind of all customers, especially the elderly and vulnerable. I witnessed an African American man with dreadlocks open the door for my mother and follow her inside the Dunkin Donuts. He was standing next to her, side by side, in front of the SAME register. This man should not be asking or harassing women to buy things for him! The staff at Dunkin Donuts should remain vigilant and exercise discernment to ensure all customers are safe and not harassed in any capacity. This same man seen me take a photo of him and he ran out and chased me in an aggressive way. He appeared mentally unstable. The place should be safe and free from bullies that are harassing the elderly!

I didn’t get his name, but the black young man with the dreadlocks that works in the afternoons is so sweet. He’s so kind and engaging with the customers. What a polite and sweet young man. 10/10 customer service from him!

The ONLY reason I give 1 star is because of the EMPLOYEES that are there. Alex, Anthony and the other young kid. They are amazing! As for management and the other ladies that work in the morning have ZERO customer service skills. I mean ZERO. They always mess up my order everytime, even when I’m specific and ask many times. I was a GM for many years and this service with your management is the worst I’ve seen yet. DO better! I come DAILY but if I see that management and or ladies working in the AM I leave I don’t even bother! Again hats off to the employees that actual care the 3 I mentioned before you guys are the back bone!! - let me know if you need a real one to turn your business around and actually make difference 🤣
On Monday October 7th at this location I've decided I will never ever return here nor will I spend any money here after what I've experienced. I went here to get my usual for my kids. 6 donuts, bagel with bacon egg and cheese, and a small French vanilla coffee extra, extra, extra, extra light. Unfortunately, the 1st lady didn't comprehend what extra light was. She made a coffee with 2 milk and asked if I wanted 8 sugars ? I told her no and explained what I wanted was 1 sugar and a lot of milk. She asked me hot or cold. I told her hot coffee she gets another lady to assist me becauseshe didn'tunderstandmy order. So it's beyond me why I received the second coffee cold from the new lady that prepared it. I requested that it needed to be hot because I've come here a few times for a few years now, and my coffee is made correctly. I've gone to so many other dunkin' donuts located from NY to California, and I receive my coffee correctly. It's beyond me why this particular day and this lady wanted to argue with me on what I know was rude, disrespectful and the wrong order. Yes I yelled at her because customer service goes along way. Why ask me if I want hot or cold and then give me cold coffee. Not to mention to add fuel to the fire, she says because I wanted the extra milk, that's why it's cold..."What did I expect?" Also, during our argument, she says for me to never come back. Well, trust and believe that if this is the last location to get food from, I will starve. I definitely feel that if I were another customer, she would have made the proper coffee. But because she proceeded to argue with me instead of correcting the coffee, now I will not go here or recommend to anyone I know to go here either. You never know who the customers are whether the customer is a regular person or a celebrity or a wealthy person visiting so my advice is treat everyone the same when it comes to customer service. Yes, I requested a refund but I was extremely mad and upset that she just did not make the correction because I was headed to the ER and needed that coffee to survive the hours I was going to be in the hospital with my child. Take care dunkin donuts you don't have to worry about a loyal but just a regular customer ? like me ever again. Life is to short to argue over coffee that clearly could have been made the way I requested it simple, 1 sugar, hot, and a lot of milk.

I visit this location often. I stopped going because they were getting my order wrong almost every time I went. After almost 2 months I visited this location again and they still got my entire wrong. Come on get it together guys.

Saturday, November 18th @ approximately 11:30am, while waiting for my order, I watched the male employee pull a tray of croissants from the oven when the croissant falls the floor next to his shoes. Instead of leaving it on the floor or picking it up and discarding it, he thought it best to pick it up and place it back in the tray with the rest!!! My valid response to this simple-minded guy was, “Why would you do that, it is disgusting?!?!” He had the nerve to be offended and the audacity to give me attitude because of his nastiness!! Maybe that’s he way of coping with being caught. Needless to say, he proceeded by placing the pan of croissants in the serving area for service to future, unaware customers. End of story, refund me my money and peace out ✌? No telling what else he is doing that customers don’t see.I think I’m most annoyed with his non-chalant attitude!! This industry needs a serious make over.
TURN AWAYY!!Might as well close the door @4:00pm if you guy is required to shut everything off a hour and 30mins before you close. The only thing you can get is old donuts and sprite.
