Dunkin'

Ordered the $6 meal deal, bacon egg cheese bagel but when I got home it was a croissant. I don't like them and if I wanted it croissant I would have ordered it

There is never cream in New Semors donuts. Tried 3 times. No more. Same thing with Boston Cream. WHATS UP, more money and less product. Check out Crispy Cream filled through out donut. Don’t recommend ???

Terrible attention!!! I have never had such bad service in a place. I asked for coffee without sugar and they added sugar to the old donuts, horrible and bad.

I had never been so poorly served in a place. All the employees are rude, they didn't even know how to give me information about their products. ☹️ I asked for my coffee without sugar and as expected they ignored it, my coffee is super sweet and I have insulin resistance. This place is terrible because of the people who serve it.

I spent over $30 with my kids and forgot to mention whipped cream on my childs latte, when I picked it up I told the guy that made it that I needed whipped cream and he aggressively responded that I didn’t pay for the whipped cream and that it was 75 cents, his delivery was just rude and his customer service was poor. Of course I agreed to swipe my card for the 75 cents. They way he spoke to me was so embarrassing in front of other customers, like if I am trying to get away with whipped cream ?

Worst place ever the staff walked right past me as if I was invisible I asked him you know if they could serve me. The girl was very rude to me and told me to wait we got into a big altercation. She tried to come around the counter on me worst place ever I went the next day to speak to their manager. Their manager did not resolve the problem. The manager would not give me a corporate or franchise number. The manager still has the girl working there and every time I go in there, they run to the back of the store. Nobody is to be treated like this. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I was never really a Dunkin person. After my first visit to this Dunkin it became a weekly thing. I do mobile order. my food is ALWAYS correct, hot and on time. The workers are always pleasant with a smile.

My experience at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts was beyond disappointing. The customer service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and outright rude, rushing customers through the ordering process with no regard for basic courtesy. One employee, a young lady with brown hair at the window, was particularly abrasive and dismissive. It’s evident that there’s a serious lack of management oversight, as such behavior would never be tolerated in a properly run establishment. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that future customers are not subjected to the same disrespectful treatment.
