I usually come to this Dunkin’ and go through the drive-thru, but since I was early today, I decided to go inside. One of the employees — African American male with tattoos on his neck who looked like he absolutely hated life — took my order. When I politely went back to mention something was missing, he seemed way too eager to argue.

I’m not sure if someone spit in his cereal this morning or if he’s just mad about having to work, but either way, he clearly needs to be retrained on basic customer service. I wasn’t about to go back and forth with someone at 7 a.m.

We rarely visit DD. This week as a “treat” for my kid. We stopped in the AM and the line was pretty long 😬 in the drive thru so we figured we’d come inside. She was looking forward to a specific flavor which to her disappointment was not available behind the case. It was okay, we ordered something else but….the staff noticed the birthday accessories and presented her with a small gift bag. To her delight it contained the flavor she was looking for!! And then, the entire store’s staff burst out singing Happy Bday. It was really so kind, so thoughtful. This made the start of her special day so much more special. Thank you! It is so nice, in this busy and often impersonal world, to interact with people in this way.

The drive-through is supposed to be Convenient. Why am I having a harder time going through the drive-through. We both can’t even understand each other. I asked for a chai, light ice and when my drink is done, it’s missing at least a dollar of it when you go to McDonald’s and you order a 10 piece nugget you not paying for eight you’re not paying for nine you’re paying for 10 that threw me off, but I said OK When I tasted my drink, it was a coffee. Then when I bit into my munchkins, some of them were blueberry. When I asked for pumpkin. Then I asked them to remake my chai and it’s missing more than it was in the beginning that threw me off for real get it together Dunkin.

I usually enjoy coming to this Dunkin’, but lately it’s been really uncomfortable inside. The air conditioning barely works, and with the summer heat, it’s almost unbearable to sit or even wait for your order. I feel bad for the employees having to work in those conditions for hours it’s honestly not right.

Upper management really needs to step in and fix this. It’s not fair to the staff or the customers, and it makes the whole experience worse. Dunkin’ should do better for the people who keep the place running.

I love their omelette bites!

Order caramel craze received plain coffee with little creamer

The espresso machine has been down since the dunkalatte has come back. This has always been my go to Dunkin, but idk if it’s new ownership or management or what… but they don’t have lattes or anything else espresso and the last time I had donuts they were hard :(

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at this Dunkin’ Donuts location! Even though they are currently undergoing construction and only offering drive-through service, the staff is incredibly efficient and friendly. Despite the obvious stress of the situation, they always greet you with a smile and make sure your order is perfect. I really appreciate how hard they’re working under these circumstances. A big thanks to the team for making my experience smooth! Friendly reminder, everyone be patient. It’s clear they’re doing their best and handling it all with a positive attitude. Keep up the great work! Dunkin Donuts give this team raises!!

In line for 30 Mins through the drive through as its under renovation.then after waiting they have only regular coffee and forget anything else. It should have said that on the door or the intercom. Nothing works when you finally make it to the window ! Shame
