Without a doubt, my fav Dunkin. They're open early and stay open late. Great job bringing bk the Dunkin of old. They have my absolute favorite donut: old fashioned chocolate-glazed. Unlike other locations, they have a large selection of donuts large into the evening. And the staff is always super nice! And to top it off, they have clean restrooms and dining room. It'll be hard to have a bad experience there.

When an item is unavailable, staff will choose an alternative without asking. 90% of the time I order a Wake-up Wrap, they look like they tossed them up in the air and caught them with the bag (messy). The only positive and consistent aspects of my experience are polite staff and the coffee.

Managers like Stephanie deserve a raise (and recognition) for the way she handle extremely difficult clients, even when those clients are rude, racist, or disrespectful. She always shows the best attitude, manages herself with professionalism, and keeps the store running smoothly despite how busy it gets.

I’ve read some reviews saying this store doesn’t have good customer service, but that is completely FALSE. The environment is busy FOR A REASOON the food is always fresh, the service is efficient, and the team works hard. Every time I visit, I never wait too long. And it’s just COMMON SENSE: if there’s a line of people, you can’t expect your food in 30 seconds, that doesn’t mean customer service is bad.

On top of that, every single time I see Stephanie, she’s literally running around the store, looking like she’s in a rush, NOT because she’s stressed, but because she’s working hard to make sure every customer gets their food as fast as possible.

This team is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and Stephanie is a big reason why. She deserves recognition and a raise for the way she leads and sets the example for everyone else.

Add on, this is the most cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been…. Period

The Customer service was horrible. They gave me the wrong order when I told then to fix it they were upset and had a very bad attitude They make wait for a long time. I only order two coffees. This is never happen before at this loction.

The workers don’t know any English it’s very sad. I asked for a cup of ice and she couldn’t understand that and I asked for a Pepsi she also couldn’t understand that. stop putting people who can’t speak English to take orders because it’s not fair to get the wrong order in because they can’t understand.

I really like this location, I don't know if this is a franchise, but I patronize this location every single day, and there's very little diversity. I would like to see more diversity at this location, especially since you have a diverse clientele! The store is clean, and I enjoy my coffee, but I would love to see a more diverse staff! It's extremely frustrating trying to order food at this Dunkin Donuts and to keep repeating your order.

By far one of, if not the, best Dunkin locations I have ever been to. Excellent service, personable, attention to detail. I have never had a bad experience, it is clear that the team who runs this store takes pride in what they do.

Terrible and rude manager! There should be a sign that specifies that it costs money to use the rooms!

I paid for coffee and sat in one of the rooms where the door was open, and there was no sign indicating it cost money to sit there. After I leave the manager yells at me across the street and demands me to pay for sitting in the room.

It would be nice for them to either put a sign or at least tell people that they charge to sit there. No need to be rude to a regular customer, unbelievable!
