10 stars I love this DD. It’s the best fastest place specially when you are rushing in the morning, 2nd time here and they are always soooo kind. They need to add the tip option when paying so we can be able to tip on the card. I love that it’s always clean too most DD ARE NOT as organized and focused.

I used to be an every day visitor to this location. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. This particular location has decided to become a training facility as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts. The service I receive at this Dunkin is awful. I don’t know who’s training them, but Customer Service is not among the skills that they learn In the past two weeks I have left the drive-through twice because the service is so slow and unappealing. I no longer go inside as that is sometimes worse. Fortunately for me, there are other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area with better service than this one. It’s unfortunate that this has become their fate .

I always come here to get my ice coffee , the person that took my order in the drive thru was great she repeated my order correctly , some kid came up to my payment and another came up with the wrong coffee, then i told the kid that we ordered 2 lg ice caramel and cream her brought 1 coffee and i had to wait almost 8 mins for the second one

I usually take “fast food” at surface value, however my last handful of visits to this location have been so unsatisfying that I had to say something. It’s come to the point that I only go there for its convenience rather than good coffee. The employees are generally nice and it’s always clean! Unfortunately I’ve gone there everyday this week and everyday something has been wrong with my order. Whether the taste is off, like disgusting or dirty sink water, or my order is completely wrong no matter how many times I repeated it to ensure I was communicating well enough on my end. Coffee is just coffee but some days it’s nothing but a hassle and a disappointment. I know it’s not this serious but after so much time filled with nothing but mistakes, I can’t give the benefit of a doubt. I wish corrections would be put in place but who knows.

Management and the crew in this store are absolutely awesome.This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts in Broward county and I hit mostly all Dunkin' Donuts from Key West to Fort Myers and I find this store is absolutely the friendliest and the cleanest and I have to say the girl at the register Marian is absolutely awesome and has great customer service. Have a great day and keep up the good work.
