Awful store. 30 minutes to get my 3 bagel order. if you are bored and want to waste time, this is your spot.

Had a nice lunch here with the family the staff is sweet and Pedro is a champ he went above and beyond. The santa fe sandwhich was my favorite and my kids loved the honey almond cream cheese

This is my go-to bagel shop for breakfast in the morning. I usually order a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted twice, with cream cheese, and it’s consistently perfect every time. At this point I’m a regular, and the service is always great friendly, quick, and welcoming. The quality never disappoints, and it’s a great way to start the day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid breakfast spot!

I love the food, service, and atmosphere. I have a problem with the management and inventory. Why does Einstein stay open until 2pm when bagels are barely available after noon on Sunday? The manager should be fired. In an economy where firms are struggling, here's a business that chooses not to take care of customers. Yes, the baker left at 10am, but there forecasting is horrible. For the price of a bagel, not having is more costly. My family and I came at 1:20pm on Sunday where there's a full staff but only a few sweet bagels left. The gentleman said, you should have come early. So I came an hour early next Sunday (12:20pm), and pretty much the same thing. How hard is it to plan and forecast in this day and age. You are hurting your brand because when I think of Einstein, I am disappointed and share with everyone to not go to this location because they don't have bagels. They have a local monopoly, which is the problem. Another firm should open because there's a lot of business. Or, just close at noon!

If you want bagels and a variety you won't find it at this location, I walked into the store at almost 10:00 am and they were sold out of almost everything. Staff told me 30 minutes to 45 minutes till new ones come out and he could not tell me what kind of bagels will be ready.

When first meeting him I requested a bakers dozen he had no idea what this was, he wanted to know if i wanted cream cheese on all 13 bagels instead of asking me if I want cream cheese with my order. It's mid morning for crying out loud busy location like this is out of bagels? I drove 15 minutes out of the way to another location.
