After waiting in line for over five minutes and not being acknowledged, a young lady, tried to assist me and the manager yelled at her telling her why was she taking an order. I understand they were busy, but if you have something to say to an employee, you say it later on not in front of the customer, the manager was very rude and that is not the way to speak to an employee. I’ve been an AGM for only two years and I know better than that.

Paid almost $5.00 for a bagel with veggie cream cheese...cream cheese was not schmear...it was barely a smear!

the entire staff including the manager are amazing. I usually am there as soon as they open and they are always welcoming and attentive. I have visited this location throughout the day on different days and they service and atmosphere is consistent. Its always clean and everything is always fresh

I just ordered some bagels from your store and the air condition is out as well as the refrigeration for some of the drinks. It is disgusting and irresponsible to allow workers to work in there without even getting fans or portable AC units.
Shame on you and your store!!!

I have been a customer of this particular store for at least 15 years. And the customer service has gone through the toilet specially now(I think is the worst I have seen) specially the lady. She is always in bad mood

The workers are lazy and just throw ingredients into the sandwich. The food came out cold and chewy. Whoever works the mornings here needs teaching on how to make a sandwich.
