100% amazing, helped me with all my disabilities. Always were always clear and helped me pick the best stuff from the menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: Staff helped me with all my disabilities and helped me with all my tourettes ticks. On GD best Einstein in America, and I'll stand on that.

My all time favorite place to grab a few bagels and coffee. It’s very convenient to order online and then drive to the store to pick it up on the rack.

I have been going to this place for a long time now. I love the breakfast, atmosphere and staff always wonderful. But on 09/14/24 I saw at the register a man with a dog in its hands by the food and one of the staff was petting it. I was not able to take more pictures because the restaurant was full. Please this is a food establishment, dogs have hair and deceases. Don’t allow them inside. They are not human. Hope you understand. Thank you.

DON'T GO HERE...Been going here for years(7), Well I used to and will switch back to another location again after this last experience, This one Frankly SUX BAD!. 2 weeks in a row the coffee was out at 12 noon asking why? and if? gets you an EYE roll worthy of this review. The employees here hate their jobs obviously or are not trained or being paid enough however I doubt it's the latter, they can't follow basic requests like "lightly toasted" or "cutting it in Half", The bagels are good at Einstein but the lack of supervision and moving with intent as well as dirty tables terrible attitudes and they act like they're doing you a favor. why? by expecting them to do their job, whatever that is. It was like a Chinese fire drill of chaos behind the counter. In most locations the cashier is one not musical chairs of three, I watched and waited and ate my whole bagel before the coffee was even ready and only one kind with 4 canisters just sitting there in disarray. it would have been NONE had I not told them They were on their phones, looking at the clock not giving a mind to even other elderly couples coming in and leaving without ordering because of the clown show on display. It's a Sunday each time and I'll drive 8 miles away to go to a better location this one is a dead man-walking store IMO. The owner needs to show up unannounced and see what I'm saying, no reason for this at all it's a great location to have, but like the hit show The Profit say's " The People, the Process, and the Product" make a good successful business this sorry place fails 2 of the 3. I would love to see how the profits on this location have Tanked I'm betting over the last year or 6-8 months. Now you know why. good luck with that!

Went to Einstein this beautiful Memorial Day morning to buy breakfast, what I received was not to its delight. My two Nova Lox bagel was filled with too much crème cheese, my 3 other bagels were burnt, and the individual bags each items were messy with crème cheese all over. Even the big bag you packed all bagels in had crème cheese at the bottom, making it nasty and gross.
I’ve never had such a bad experience here before, but today makes me not want to come back to this place for a while..
Also, they barely had coffee.. what kind of coffee place runs out of coffee within the first 2 hours of opening?!

Haven't been here in a long time. The plain bagels were so tiny. Did not enjoy as in the past.

Just left the store today 04/28/24 , I have been very disappointed, my food that I order on the app was stolen of the shelves , anyone can just walk in and grab you some breakfast. No employee engaging with walk-in. They couldn’t remake my orders cause they ran out of the bagels and other items. These new employees that was hired there really don’t care and I can point out all the new ones cause I been going here for 3 years now. I can’t even tell you how many food was thrown away that the employees mess up and have to remake it.

I used to come here some many years ago. Always ordered Lox/Bagel. Fresh Lox with cream cheese, onions, capers, and a lemon wedge. Pre pandemic there was a mural on the wall and table/ chairs.Today: no mural, very few tables/chairs. The bagel was soft and fresh. However, the Lox was distasteful. Tasted like the lowest quality of smoke salmon. Very chewy. No lemon wedges and the workers looked perplexed when I asked if they had. I could not eat it. The cold brew drink was not the best.Should have just saved money and ordered a bagel with cream cheese.Nice to see they had many employees.

Worst Einstein Bros I've ever been to. I can come at 10 am, 11 am or noon and they are usually out of standard bagels such as Sesame, Everything, etc. And this is any day of the week--Monday, Saturday, doesn't matter. I've never seen such an empty bagel display. The floors are filthy. As I'm checking out today the guy at the register never asked for my rewards account. When I brought it up he blames me and says "You have to tell me that ahead of time!" I've never had to bring it up before. It's a standard part of their checkout. Thankfully I've discovered another location just a few minutes further.
