Just left the store today 04/28/24 , I have been very disappointed, my food that I order on the app was stolen of the shelves , anyone can just walk in and grab you some breakfast. No employee engaging with walk-in. They couldn’t remake my orders cause they ran out of the bagels and other items. These new employees that was hired there really don’t care and I can point out all the new ones cause I been going here for 3 years now. I can’t even tell you how many food was thrown away that the employees mess up and have to remake it.

I used to come here some many years ago. Always ordered Lox/Bagel. Fresh Lox with cream cheese, onions, capers, and a lemon wedge. Pre pandemic there was a mural on the wall and table/ chairs.Today: no mural, very few tables/chairs. The bagel was soft and fresh. However, the Lox was distasteful. Tasted like the lowest quality of smoke salmon. Very chewy. No lemon wedges and the workers looked perplexed when I asked if they had. I could not eat it. The cold brew drink was not the best.Should have just saved money and ordered a bagel with cream cheese.Nice to see they had many employees.

This is a generalized review I've had Einstein bagels ages ago but today they were bought for the volunteers at the church I serve I had a brown bagel maybe rye with the vegetable cream cheese it smelled amazing the bagel tasted very fresh spreading the cream cheese amazing spread I didn't taste it at all though and I love cream cheese but the bagel was amazing I only tried the bagel and cream cheese it's a very large bagel there is coffee as well and some muffins the muffins i didn't try but the coffee it smells amazing when you pour it and it's still warm very strong and good coffee reminds of McDonald's but stronger I love it a strong roast taste phew it's less strong with the sugar but I enjoy it I definitely would suggest Einstein great bagels and coffee I should go in person some time

This honesty isn’t a great einstein location. I come here fairly often but everytime i come, my experience is worse. The tables and areas (floors, bathrooms, etc.) are pretty much never clean. This last time i went, i waited in a very long line and ordered the last everything bagel at the cashier. This lady behind me asked an employee for it while i was paying, even though it wasn’t her turn in line. The employee just started preparing it and she gave it to her. This isn’t a big deal, it is just a bagel, but it’s about the principle. Why have everyone wait in long lines if someone can come up and get their food prepared regardless of it ahead of you? it’s unfair and unfortunate. the cashier even tried to say it was maybe a mobile order, but she paid for it after i left. The staff always seems like they’d rather be anywhere but there AND to top it all off, that same time they messed up my order, and i had to waste time and come back to fix it. I’m not sure if i want to continue coming to this location.

Breakfast was ok, they didnt have any of the bagels i wanted however the place was extremely dirty. Wanted to use the baby high chair and it was so nasty that we ended using the stroller. Ive been to the one in Miami lakes and definitely way better experience. For the price & experience i will be sticking to starbucks which is about the same distance.
