First time coming here and it’s such a beautiful restaurant and absolutely DELICIOUS food🤤 Everything was lovely and the music was beautiful, I’ll definitely be coming back! And Mara was a great waitress :)

This was my family’s first time here, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was amazing, and the live music was beautiful! Mara, our server, was super polite and helpful. This is one of our new favorite restaurants!

I’ve been coming to El Balcón de las Américas for a long time and it’s always been a great spot for solid colombian food, great service, and atmosphere. That said, I was a bit let down during my last visit today—the bandeja paisa just didn’t meet the usual standards I’ve come to expect from this place. The Egg and the arepa both overcooked not bigger than the palm of my hand, ( I was shocked) the beans taste like they came straight from a can ( w/o any flavor, or not flavor at all).
Hopefully, this was just an off day, because I know this place can do much better. I’ll definitely give it another shot.

Just went for a weekend family ..No very welcome...all servers don't look like happy to work there no smile then we hasking for a glass of water that take for ever to get until we asked like 3 person different..french fries no made french..(frozen one) not very professional chef if not cut and made by them..kids menu not enough choices for kids...
Soda no free refill coming in can so you pay for a other..nothing like free nuts or something for waiting on places
