Fiery Irie Jamaican Restaurant

The worst experience walked in. Nobody say anything standing in line for 10 minutes. Nothing I finally asked a question somebody gonna take my order she painted the computer. I told her it was my first time here the computer cannot tell me what’s on the menu. She gave me an attitudeand I walked out.

Customer service was trash when I called had an attitude on the phone then when I get to the restaurant they don’t have what I called for and I had drove over 40mins to get here won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend

Monday morning I had their cornmeal porridge and it was not tasty, it was too sweet and the clove was way overcooked so it started to taste like dirt. Bad experience for the first time trying their food.

Came for breakfast it was a bit pricey, but what Jamaican restaurant isn't a bit pricey. Had the breakfast, acke, and saltfish with callalo and saltfish with two bananas, dumpling, and yam. Also had ginger punch. Great breakfast for $24

Hit or Miss
I’ve been coming to this place since they just opened but I guess change of staff. The food is truly a hit or miss! Some days the food is good but honestly it’s more bad days than good. I think the only safe option they have is soup most times.

I have been enjoying Fiery Irie since they opened. Starting off the food was amazing. We ordered food atleast once a week. Food was always fresh and portions were plentiful. Overtime we have noticed the quality of food and preparation not up to par. The last few experiences have been negative. Last week, I decided let's give it another chance. Unfortunately this was a mistake! We ordered Jerk Chicken breast and wing meal, we received leg and thigh portions. I could have dealt with this if it was good...but it was not. The pieces of chiekn barely had meat and it was not fresh. The Jerk Chicken was always the best part of Fiery Irie!! What happened?? The other meal we ordered was curry chicken, pretty much same result..again very little meat on chicken. I realize costs of everything have gone up...but this is not acceptable. In addition we purchased a few sides of rice and peas. This too was a miss..as it had very little flavor. Now I am left looking for a new Jamaican restaurant...so disheartening!!

I ordered a porridge, and to say the least, it was disappointing. I believe more time and care need to be put into the preparation of the food. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience.

Horrible service. Almost an hour to get food. Ordered online and they automatically cancelled it because they didn’t have items instead of calling to let me know. Then my brother went had to reorder and took an hour. The food was cold and stale. $70 worth of horrible service and inedible food.

I eat at this restaurant every Saturday morning. It took a long time to receive my order. I noticed other customers ordering after me and leaving. It might be a staff issue

I’ve eaten at Fiery Irie plenty times and it was great service and amazing food however I ordered for pick up couple of days a go and the lady that was in the front as soon as I walked in and told her I had ordered for pick up she was like I don’t even have that order with an attitude then she had me sitting down for like 15min I was like ok the food is made what am I waiting for then I thought well maybe freshly made food is coming out but nope this lady literally was scraping the pan to get me sauce on top of that where were the dumplings 0 dumplings smh then as she handed my food there was another customer and she said to the you her chic “see our normal clients know what to do” I was like 😳 I didnt catch on til I walked out so I didn’t say anything and also idk if they changed the chef but you can’t taste all the spices like couple yrs ago but that coleslaw OMG AMAZINNNGGGG I would giving the restaurant straight 5 across the board but the lady was rude and sarcastic, she gave me literally from the bottom of the pan ANNDDD she didn’t give me any dumplings you never know who will give a review. Train the staff better

Food is good but the service is really slow especially during lunch. I get 30 min and I’m 5 min away and I barely make it back on time and it’s not because there really busy just slow and a lot of chit chat. My only complaint and has been like this for awhile. Not sure if this affects business but just thought should be mentioned.

Worst staff. Not helpful at all and Saw 2 roaches on the counter entering the food. Called health department.
