We were waiting more than an hour for them to serve us the food without them giving us any explanation and the restaurant was practically empty
I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. Terrible service on reservations for a party of 9. Got seated at 7:30pm. Ordered around 7:45pm and didn't receive our food until around 9pm. We ended up asking for to-go boxes. People came after us and were served. Many online orders were priority over sitting customers. Our server was not attentive and did not acknowledge us on our orders until we finally asked. All the manager said to my mother was sorry and Happy Birthday. When this place first opened, it was amazing. Will not be coming back.
Man I would highly recommend going here food was great the server was awesome wish I was able to get his name before I left to give him a shout out but he was awesome food was great I got the aged ribeye with fries and the mushroom very good the tropical whiskey was also amazing!
Two friends and I had brunch there today. From the time I walked in their service was excellent. The hostess and her team with her were great and getting me seated right away. Our server WILLYNA was fantastic. Very patient, accommodating, came back to check on us at just the right time to see if anything else was needed. There were a few people who appeared to be managers, walking around, mingling with the customers and displaying very happy attitude, smiling, joking, and they all really seem to enjoy the work that they do. I think it takes a special person to work in Customer Service and to be a servant leader, and I feel like the staff at this restaurant were great servant leaders to a T!
Our waiter was excellent. He was very efficient, polite and did his job very well. Wait time for food was a bit long. Hope for some improvement on that. Overal very nice place to dine.
Service tonight was very good. Managers were very attentive and food came out hot and as ordered. All good, as always!!
I had an incredible dining experience at Firebirds! My amazing server Janelle or Janel recommended the Black Diamond drink, which was fantastic, and even mentioned the Happy Hour menu—a great way to save money. The salmon she suggested was cooked to perfection. Excellent service and delicious food made my long night unforgettable!

Our server Juan was amazing. Give him a 10 we will definitely return for lunch. Food was good enjoyed the atmosphere.
Horrible to say the least!! Unfortunately! We had reservations with open table for 8:30pm only to wait 2 hours to then have our food brought to us! We have 2 kids with disability. It’s hard enough to have to have this happen to us but with our kids! It’s hard to ponder on this. My husband is a diabetic and so am I . This is unacceptable in so many levels. We will never be back! I only feel bad for the waitress. She was nice. We had originally ordered about 300$$$ of food!!! I don’t know about you but our money means something to us. I am disappointed and disgusted at the whole thing. The manager came around late in the game. He was like how can I help. Obviously we have a problem and you were told about it. So!!!??? Not ever coming back. Not that they will care.
Parking: Not good at all. Horrible service. Waited 2 hours for our foods. I was with my child who has a disability. Not a good place. Manager didn’t seem to interested in the matter. Mind you we had ordered about 300$$ dollars worth of food. Never again.Any other place but here!!!

I wanna start off my review by giving praise to Leah the server, Heather the manager, and the chef whose name begins with a “D” but escapes me right now. The food was good and the restaurant was nice but the service between the three of them is what made the night.
Server Leah was on point about checking in on the table but still giving us some space to enjoy dinner. Chef “D” came out from the kitchen to personally apologize for a mistake made on an entree and insisted that we have a soup or salad while we waited for the correction. Manager Heather was incredibly warm and friendly with a good southern hospitality vibe versus the corporate hospitality you find at other chains like Houston’s or Ruth Chris. HQ if you’re seeing this, these three deserve bonuses immediately!
As for the food and drinks, we ordered moscow mules, the ahi tuna appetizer, Chilean bass entree, and tempura lobster with charred carrots. Moscow mules were crafted perfectly, tuna appetizer was larger than expected and delicious, the entrees were the perfect size and the kitchen had no problem addressing a dietary restriction for me.

If I could give 0 I would! I do not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant after sending us to ER during a day of celebration . First of all I went there with my family a week ago to celebrate my niece’s #8 birthday, as soon as we sat in the table we SPECIFIED very well that my nieces is EXTREMELY allergic to dairy and all derivatives, we specifically told the waitress to tell the kitchen to be careful with the manipulation. Food arrived for some of us ( we were 7 people) and my nieces food was one of the firsts ones, as soon as she started eating like after a few spoons she said her throat and tongue was itching, we called the waitress to see if they put pepper or something and she said nothing, well we gave the baby girl the anti allergic medication but she started feeling worse by the minute, she started crying and saying her throat was feeling worse, we asked for the check paid for a food that we didn’t eat (which we didn’t even bother because obviously saving my niece life and avoiding to go into anaphylaxis was the priority) and we rushed to the closest urgent care, where she received the treatment necessary for a food allergic reaction. So, this people was not only careless, they sent us to the ER ruining my nieces birthday who obviously was heart broken afterwards because “she ended up at the hospital on her birthday” and during all this time that we were discussing and trying to see if it was an emergency or not the MANAGER NEVER came to our table to offer her or his services, to see if my niece was ok or to even offer to call 911!!!! We paid more than $300 for a food that we obviously didn’t even eat, ( we left all the plates on the table not even half eaten) but the lack of assistance and caring was the worst part!!! So wrong from this place, it could have ended very badly and they didn’t even care.
Amazing food and great service! Very professional
