Firebirds has always been one of my favorite places. The food is always phenomenal and the service is quick. Today we celebrated my mom’s 31st wedding anniversary and our waiter Stanley went above and beyond for us! The friendliest and most attentive waiter i have ever experienced. He made us all feel at home, we had great communication & laughed & he helped make my mom’s surprise gift (we got her tickets to see her favorite artist in concert) a little more magical. 10/10 service and atmosphere. Thank you Stanley for simply being you!
Great $12.95 hamburger. Our waiter recommended cole slaw made with avocado dressing instead of mayonnaise (my stomach can't handle mayo) and it was quite tasty.Dietary restrictions: Kitchen is flexible for substitutions for those with food allergies or intolerances.

I came here Friday night April 5th for our wedding anniversary. Everything was good except my steak ordered medium well came raw , told the waitress and it came back again raw. Head chief came out and apologized as he had trainees as chefs that night . I wasn’t upset mistakes happen and they made sure me and my wife left happy . I would Come back in the future definitely

At first my service started kind of rocky. We were greeted by our server , she took our order and apparently forgot to place our appetizer order in. Once I brought it up to her, she immediately placed it and the order was out within minutes. We ordered the ribeye, filet mignon and salmon fondue. The steak was a bit over salted and I dislike the salmon fondue! I absolutely adored the Parmesan mash! Once I brought the issue up to the waitress the manager, Heather, came and did a great job at customer reconciliation! She gave me crème brullee cheesecake to go and recommended I try the salmon without the fondue . I took this order to go! She was honestly probably one of the best managers I have met in the food industry. She was pleasant, genuine and passionate about her job. Throughout this encounter I’ve also seen her engaged with other clients who were eating. Def have to come try it again and try something new

We had such a wonderful experience at this location. My server Valeria gave really close attention to our dietary needs and modifications. She also made my daughter feel super special on her birthday! We can't wait to come back. This was out first time at the location, as we just moved to the area and were used to going to another. We received super careful attention from all the staff. They took great care in preparing the dishes for my daughter who suffers from allergies to all dairy products. The cuts of meat were cooked to perfection, exactly as we ordered them. The entire dinner was on point. Prices according to what we receive. Very good cost-benefit ratio. The incredible atmosphere, the extraordinary wine cellar. We will be back soon.

Amazing! ? Loved the food and Valeria was great at making our night wonderful.
Dinned it last night for a quick bite and end up getting greeted and hosted by the awesome Valeria. We started off with lobster queso dip and then we asked for great recommendations and she recommended the salmon lobster fondue if I already loved the tortilla dip I was gonna love that. My brother got the ribeye with mash potatoes. It was all divine. I recommend this place. And Valeria’s energy was welcoming.

Went to celebrate a friend's birthday and really enjoyed it. From the appetizers all the way to the courtesy dessert for the birthday girl, everything was delicious. The Philly Cheesesteak Egg rolls as appetizers were great. We also ordered theFirebirds Chicken Pasta and the Wood Grilled NY Strip. Would recommend without hesitation.

Service was absolutely terrible. Had to send back the chicken wings 2 times. My sons chicken sandwich came our after 3 of us were already done eating. Steak got cold waiting for the steak sauce. Had to ask for things numerous times before anything was brought out. The kids meal was not right. Never received my second glass of water. The kitchen was a wreck. The manager came and apologized but I feel like we deserved more than an apology for the subpar service and the hour wait for our food to not even be correct.
