The meatball sub was great! The speed and accuracy was perfect, and the prices are reasonable. I also had a small soda and chips.
Firehouse subs is a great place. It offers multiple varieties and sides. The atmosphere is nice, the food is great, the prices are very reasonable, the speed of service is great.

I came here 2/5/25 with my family for and there were the best vibes from the moment we step foot in. They didn’t rush us when we came in trying to get our order told us they were ready for us when we were. I love that. The subs were great as always and the two gentlemen at the counter were so nice, and personable. The customer service is top notch, these are people who are about their job and the people they serve. It was a great experience

Since I go frequently, everybody calls me by my name and gladly make any changes I want on my sandwiches. They are always in a good mood and laughing

Firehouse Subs just gave me the fire hose, 97,000 rewards points vanished!!!
I used to be a loyal customer of Firehouse Subs, building up 97,000 points over many years, only to have them disappear. I have been out of town for work this year, and apparently, 6 months was enough time for them to decide I didn’t deserve my hard-earned rewards anymore. They changed their rewards program terms without notice (they say they sent 1 email, to customers 1 time, with a book of terms many pages long that no one probably read anyway) and didn’t even bother to ensure customers received it, or remind those loyal customers they’d lose their points if they didn’t cash in fast enough.
It’s pretty ironic that a place called Firehouse would treat its dedicated customers like this who spend thousands of dollars at their store. Instead of rewarding loyalty, they just gave me the fire hose. Not only did I lose my points, but I also lost my respect for this place. The new Jersey Mike's across the street just won a lifelong customer in me, as it's clear Firehouse Subs doesn't care to reward long-term loyalty.

The overprice subs in this place are ridiculous. They even weight the ham to make sure they don’t add anymore then they need to. If you make it a combo you can add another $4 to the price. This is just bread and ham no reason to pay 11$ for this piece of bite I got. Don’t come here and get ripped off on a sub you can gladly get at Publix for a better price and taste better!
