Poor customer service, came in a week ago and supervisor on duty gave me a free sub card with purchase of chips and drink due to long wait time for food. Duty supervisor on duty a week later said that he would not honor card because they discontinued them 6months ago because they changed management. No effort to make it right, paid full price for 2 combos because my son wanted to eat here, but this will be the last time I will visit this particular location.

Finest store in Florida!!! Not only is the food delicious the employees are awesome they welcomed us and it didn't take long to get our food I would I've them a 10 if I could because they deserve it. !!!! The absolute best !!!!

This store has a despicable owner. I ordered for pick up. They called me after 20 minutes as I was on my way to pick up to say the items were not available. The owner refused to reimburse my payment and told me to take it up with corporate. Corporate is a automessaging system that does nothing except promise a call in 24 to 48 hours that never comes. It has been a month and no refund. The owner is condescending,rude, arrogant and hangs up on me. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!!
This place is always clean and inviting. The staff are very friendly and professional. The manager is always attentive to the customers and to the store. The cleanest sub shop I’ve ever eaten at.

I normally would not give a bad review but this is the second time that I was in this establishment and witnessed where the employee was sweeping the dining area and went to prepare food and did not wash her hands. I work in the food industry so im very cautious when around food.Brought it to the managers attention which he did speak to the employee and apologize. Other than that the service was great and manager very polite
First time ever visiting a Firehouse Subs, went to the location in Pines. Had the Pepperoni Meatball sub on Garlic Bread and used the suggested sauce and I must say best meatball sub I have ever eaten. Big shoutout to the staff also they were very nice, polite and very attentive. Will definitely be eating here again!
