The staff are very attentive and always make sure my requests are done right. They actually listen and care, which makes the whole experience really pleasant. Definitely coming back again.

I used to love this place before it was sold to a corporate corporation it used to be owned by fireman Not anymore this is why the food and they amount they put on the sandwich is so different . Sorry just not the same Won't b back unless it changes back to good food and the amount they used to put on

I had the Cajun chicken sub with chips and a drink. It was my first time eating at a firehouse sub and it was delicious! Plus the customer service is on point! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

I’m a huge fan of Firehouse but this has to be one of the worst locations. Guaranteed your order is going to take 20-30 min longer than planned. Even if you place you order ahead. 20-30 min waiting in the store. The employees are not the best at greeting customers so they make other orders ahead. Show up late maybe risk your sandwich getting cold?? Not sure if they are just that understaffed but you’re better off ordering when you get here…

It’s great just like all the firehouse subs but this one went above and beyond my expectations, what makes this one special is the staff , they genuinely care and make sure the client is happy. Best experience in a firehouse subs yet and trust me I’ve been to a lot of them.

This store has a despicable owner. I ordered for pick up. They called me after 20 minutes, as I was on my way to pick up, to say the items were not available. The owner refused to reimburse my payment and told me to take it up with corporate. Corporate is an automessaging system that does nothing except promise a call in 24 to 48 hours that never comes. It has been a month and no refund. The owner is condescending,rude, arrogant and hangs up on me. Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!!

My sandwich wasn't only wrong but the guy who made my food didn't wash his hands after mopping. I'm so disgusted. The other worker just stood there doing nothing. Never coming back

Can never go wrong with a good ol sub. Firehouse never disappoints. Always fresh! Tried the new brisket with sweet BBQ sauce. So good. And the hot sauce bar is back! Recommend using a napkin to handle the bottles.
