Waited about an hour for the food. When it finally arrived only my wife’s food was served. Waited an additional 15 mins for my food, which was cold when it finally arrived. Usually, the experience is better.

Place is always nice and clean. Maria, out server handle the whole restaurant like a champ. At one point she was waiting 10 tables. She was very professional and courteous. Great customer service. This place ac get busy. I ordered the BEC breakfast sandwich. The presentation was good, and flavor was delicious, but be ready to use your fork. The breat didn't hold the egg. But I didn't mind. 5 star review for Maria, and the restaurant.

Our waiter, Akeem, was outstanding and made our breakfast experience an excellent and memorable one..!! We were all soooo impressed with how he memorized all 5 of our orders without writing them down and that everything came out perfectly as ordered..!! The food was excellent as well as the service we received..!! Definitely recommend this place as a Must-Do...!!!

Walked in the greeter did not say good morning seemed super grumpy when we said we wanted a booth. She dropped the menus and walked away. Sat there waiting for someone to come up to us and no one did. They kept seating people all around us so we got up and walked out. The floors by the way are super slippery and the place just seems dirty. We always go to the First watch in Pembroke Pines on 160th ave and that is where we are heading now. Will never come back to this disgusting location ever again.
