Ethan was one of the worst servers I've ever had. He failed to satisfy my cravings and provide me with the correct order after I asked multiple times. Every time we asked for a simple request such as straws, it took over 10 minutes to receive. Then he failed once again. He did not give me my million dollar bacon. After he forgot to bring it, he proceeded to explain how to make my own million dollar bacon instead of bringing me what I ordered. (He literally brought syrup and and parsley to the table for me to make my own food). I feel disrespected, I felt like I was being interviewed to be a chef, when I came to get served. He also didn't give my friends their potatoes. My favorite part of this overall experience was that he failed once again. When I was trying to get him to fix my check, he ignored me and started talking to a customer that just sat down for 10 minutes. Then he proceeded to charge me for imaginary food and began interrogating me at the checkout. Im very disappointed in First Watch and will not be returning to the Pembroke Pines location.

Wow, what can I say? I was so disappointed. I really enjoy dining at First Watch and the last time I went I had an amazing experience at another location. This one however? Was not feeling it at all. The food didn’t hit like it usual does and the atmosphere was off. Our waitress was okay and she interacted with us but it felt a little forced and like she wasn’t super interested in serving us for whatever reason. Like the look on her face was bothersome. Idk if that’s her personality or what but that dampened my mood and experience early on. I noticed that the staff in general were very detached and I just didn’t feel welcomed as I normally do when I am at another location.
I ordered the honey chipotle chicken hash and the flavors were cool but my food was not very hot when it came out. Just a super weird experience and it honestly makes me not want to go there ever again.
